Me getting this video recommended after searching for a new challenge to not loose fun in working out and I have to admit you beat me. I may not be the fit fit girl but found joy in working out because I wanted to loose weight. Thank you for challenging my balance, flexibility and endurance. Sadly I live in the middle of nowhere in Germany and the nearest martial art gym is in Luxembourg so… This is the perfect compromise. Thank you for putting it on UA-cam.

I had to quit taekwondo this year because of my studies and i haven't been able to get myself to do anything taekwondo repated coz i miss my teamates so much but i did this today and it was the best decision ever and i got so motivated i relearned all my poomsaes till keumgang❤
As someone who use to do Taekwondo back when i was 8 or 9 this stuff hits home. I'm trying to get rid of the belly fat so a list or video of exercises that target the love handles and core would be a big help. Hello from USA
I did this workout just now . Needed it really helped . I just recently earned my 1st Dan black belt and I need to focus on other things and take a break for a while maybe considering going back in the future and want to keep up and stay fit that way I can pick up where I left off if I ever go back to the dojang in the future thanks . I mainly want to stay fit and workout daily still. I think tomorrow I might try a new one .

10 minutes into this, I was about to give up or maybe continue later but I pushed myself and said ,,I know you'll get lazy later so and not do it so do it NOW." and so I did and I'm glad I did it! I felt like I wanna do this every day but as I know myself, I wouldn't do it every day. It's been 1 week and I'm planning on doing this again tomorrow.

i really like taekwondo and want to practice it but due to there not being any taekwondo lessons near me i am unable to T_T... would it be weird or/and ineffective to try and follow along this as a complete beginner?
I also don't know any taekwondo but i just feel like the moves are cool, i'm probably not executing them correctly but it doesn't stop me from following the video. I never knew kicking high up was this fun
