Hi Bright, It may be a little more challenging for the heavy weight athletes but anyone can do it.

Thanks so much for these! I'm still healing from a broken hand after compounding it in a punch in a match...missed most of the beginning of tournament season. With this virus my school is doing these classes as well, and it's nice to challenge myself and push myself back into fighting condition!!!

@@rizkyryan5207Faster yes. Full power no. You will hyper extend your knees and will lead to injury because there are no resistance in the air.

Когда я сдавал на первый дан ITF, мы ломали 10 строительных черепиц ударом кулака сверху вниз и 5 см доску боковым ударом ноги - епчаги.
