battle nexus new york is a good episode! no one talks about it bc the finale outshone it so much bc it was a straight up masterpiece, but i liked battle nexus new york a lot! it was really cool. not that anyone cares but like y'know i wanted to spotlight this ep for a bit,,,
and also i've been thinking wayyy too much about lou jitsu and big mama's relationship?? like wOah what if she actually did like him and just put those feelings aside for monetary gain? she still clearly cares bc she helps him later but she really has just corrupted so much that she puts the battle nexus over literally everything else. it's not that she didn't care, she just has priorities. and like i know it's a goofy part of the show but it's still super fun to think about for some reason...
i like how this one came out a LOT there's a lot of better posing in this one and the art style in it makes me v happy (also the colors are cool i like purple a lot personally) and i think i'm getting better at not being too precious with my stuff? like i keep trying to make every single project super grand and amazing- i was going to do a lot more of the song for this but i genuinely just. did NOT feel like it so i just let myself be lazy. which is actually good it's better than putting way too much pressure on yourself sdlfj- excited to move forward with this um. new information i guess
i know some people are thinking this and YES!! i should have done krang for this song. but like i don't want to make them angsty?? yknow with the whole lyric in the middle with the dead heart and it's like MAN i don't want to depict them as like some sort of tragic villain! some people (or aliens in this case......) just are not ideal beings sometimes dfkslj
