I love how Donnie is the only one that this version of Krang is afraid of due to his intellect and combat skills with his Mystic Constructions. But, you can see he also respects Don, if only a little bit.

WHY IS EVERYONE TURNING INTO TOBLEAA
The part at 2:09 where they’re seemingly having a conversation and are split by only the border, Krang looking oh so menacing next to a serious and focused Donnie is such a good scene to put right after Donnie going all out. Showing Krang as how scared he truly is of Donnie’s full potential contrasts so well with the indifferent and all powerful vibe he gives off in the moments following. So cool, so awesome, I literally love this!
I actually really like the idea that Kraang Prime hated Donnie specifically because of his resolve.

seeing the krang being bored is kinda expected but when donnie shows up and start to actually challange the krang with his efforts and how it escolates its really beautifull. The part with the smoke and And only seeiing the krang piss their pants just by seeing donnie going all out. While dismiss the others like no threat. And fear them like they are and equal or close. Like the queen fearing the other queen in a chess match or a rook chess piece who is always prepered to be there for the others just by clever planning.
this animatic just so damn good and I love how the singing kind of sounds like they actually in a fight.
I kept rewatching this all morning and I love it.
Helped me get my ass out of bed and do some stuff.

I've never watched anything related to the Ninja turtles--I clicked because the art looked cool enough to make up for my lack knowledge. Despite that, this whole video gives me a sense of dread, and the ending gave me chills. It felt like the inevitable showdown between an unstoppable villain and the scrappy, determined last hero standing, where you know who wins yet still feel depressed when it happens.
I think my enjoyment speaks to your skill as an artist. :)

Yeah i honestly dont understand how they lost with all their powers like raph can just duplicate himself into the army and donnie can well just nuke the krang
I actually have a tiny theory on that, remember that in the movie the Kraangs took away their ninpo with these strange frequencies, well, as turtles grow, so do their ninpo’s…but, they were probably hit with these frequencies many times, but recovered each time, since we don’t know how many time Donnie and Raph have been hit with the frequencies, their ninpo could have gotten weaker instead of getting stronger, and since this animatic was inprired by the Cass apocalyptic series, Ralph disappears for like 10 year, only to die in a year after Donnie dies, also, since their ninpo grew smaller with each time they were hit, each time they tried to use their mystic abilities, they would start to get glowing cracks on their skin if they over used it, like what we see with Mikey in the movie, so although they could have won, I’d say they would die victorious, but we all know if they die it wouldn’t be a victory for anyone:)

I love how this is set up like a battle between these two incredible powers. Not y he kraang and the resistance but between the Prime kraang' ferocity and Donnie's pure frickin will to live and fight. It's almost as if the war became between them specifically. Donnie wanted to live not only out of spite to the ones who poisoned him, killed his planet and his friends, but also for his family. D loved them more than anything and wanted to live and prepare them. It's almost as if PK found a being in equal stamina and power to his own. It's almost as if he showed the little adventure of having a worthy adversary. And when PK finally did end Donnie the satisfaction of getting rid of the the biggest torn in his side was quelled by the end of his actual battle. He felt nothing.
