- oh my gOD ITS FINALLY DONE!!
i started this in late december/very beginning of January over winter break. I'd heard this song and was like "i wanna do an animatic to that." problem was- the song was- as you can tell- heavily pirate themed. So instead of just moving on like a normal person, I made an entire AU for this one animatic! It was a lot of on and off work because of school and overall lack of motivation, and had it been any other project I would have just dropped it- but I'd already made the au and was committed to the idea so I kept going. this was such a hefty project but I'm pretty happy with the end result, so- i hope you all like it! :]
Video Warnings: Blood, loss of limbs (just an arm), character death, mild flash warning/fast camera movement, and ofc just general angst

This is seriously amazing! I love how you turned the bad future into a pirate AU, now that is so cool. The way you drew the story is also spectacular. RAPH, DONNIE, MIKEY AND LEO NOOO! Honestly amazing animatic!
Would make them even more awesome if they were pirates. In fact, I can easily see Leo being a pirate.
Yknow I think the Queen would be a good name for their ship, cause then you could say “The Mystic Brothers of The Queen”
And it would be so cool for a character to say that they were going to the turts for help like that

@@thedoodlebug thank you! I thought of it on the spot because I think it’d be good to have a royalty themed name because they might be well known or popular pirates.
I love this concept so much. They might be like, a magical legend as such in peoples eyes, but are really four turtle guys with hamato powers and color themed clothes.
Oh my god this HURTS SO GOOD. I love pirate AUs of anything but I didn’t expect one of the turtles to be this amazingly angsty! My smile just slowly dropped during the video until the very end when I literally just kept going “NOOO, STOP, NO” out loud absjaf this is fantastic and hurts and you did such a good job with it.
Words cannot explain how excited I am I'm only looking at the thumbnail right now I may have not watched it yet but I can already tell it's a masterpiece.

DOODLE THIS WAS AN AMAZING ANIMATIC /POS I loved every second of it!! Also the camera angles and little tense action packed moments had me hooked!! It was so much fun to watch and find all the cool details too!! I felt like every little scene had something to show and catch your attention!
