Jacket Nation Remember winning ain't free send a check even if it's only a 💯 dollars we need 40,000 fans sending a check every quarter that would be 16 million dollars annually
Go Jackets THWg Beat FSU
adidas has been a terrible partner for Georgia Tech athletics. I know the contract was just recently extended but Georgia Tech should seriously look at switching after it ends.
Well, while I'm a die hard Tech fan, why are they always clamoring for money, season ticket sales, and funds yet it seems every year they're spending/wasting money on game day uniforms??? I mean how many damn uniforms does each sport need for crying out loud? I'm sure they are paying WELL over 1 million just for uniforms alone!
I know winning ain't free, but dont waste the resources you already have on shit that don't matter.
@brents.8972 uniforms are free from who every sponsor the team
Nike, Adidas, wilson whoever
@@johnburns6761 I find that very hard to believe bc even high schools have to pay for them when they get new ones regardless of the brand name/manufacturer. Yes, it's built in the budget, but that amount has to be approved also.
it's the other way around. we get the uniforms and gear for free, AND adidas pays us.

Lol No wonder Joke Collins had yall in a different uni-combos every game lol
Well, that still kind of proves my point to a degree, that if Tech DOES get paid for that then why the need to "beg" money from fans?
I mean, of course you support your team, etc etc, but typical blue collar fans don't have deep pockets like donors and rich alumni. I get that winning isn't free, but schools like Tech don't have the megabucks like the SEC schools do.
