add white helmets and get rid of the metallic gold on the jersey numbers and pants stripes and make it flat like the other colors, and you've got perfection. the foil look makes it look cheap.

It's more "yellow" and "gold"....fail
They look good (except for the gold numbers on the away uniform, they should be blue), they just need to bring back the grass field.
Our Colors are White and Gold. The numbers should be Gold. That's the home jersey.
Personally I'd get rid of Navy entirely. The aesthetic is better without Navy, but all the examples are pre-1940.
At least the honeycomb helmets are gone....
I think I can coach better than Collins and I'm free all year. Retired early, don't need any money, GT grad 2004.
Love the new unis but likely wasted on another down year. Vegas has GT as 3.5 wins. So unless we majorly over achieve we will be wasting the classic unis on another down season. No excuse for GT to ever win less than 6 games in the state that is producing more NFL talent than any other. Sadly, Tech seems to be getting left behind and for those of us that know the entire history of GT football....just a very sad state of affairs. Hard to be optimistic.
Tech has something that other colleges in Georgia don't have any it's called braincells sadly now a days people can't be smart and athletic you just got to choose one
@@jothechampwilson8409 State of Georgia, City of Atlanta and the Board of Regents is also likely to let us down. We will need help if we are to land in one of the top conferences. Atlanta specifically will need to be vocal and not just support UGAg.
As a die hard Tech fan I have to cut through the bullshit here; if we spent as much time on trying to win damn games, as much as we do on wtf we're wearing on the field, then we just MIGHT be contending for championships!
We have a HC that would rather look good losing, than kick ass in scrub uniforms!
I guess our new philosophy is;
We may play like shit, but at least we won't look like shit doing it!
Keep in mind, we're STILL in the middle of a six game losing streak dating back to October of last year, we have YET to score a point in two games, of which we've been blown out by a combined 2 game score of 100-to fkn-0, and...and...and, we've only won 9 games in 3 years.
And CC still has 4 more years left on his contract so we'd have to pay him to leave when we suck again this year too!
We don't spend of the time on appearance that more marketable schools do.

Sorry but my battery ran down.Any way when I was playing for Tech we had two
iniforms. We just went out on Grant Field and gave everything we had to win. After 3 years I don't think coach Dip Shxt knows how to win.
When you gonna fire your coach and go back to the flexbone? That's the real question.

The triple option got figured out by most teams we played and that's why it wasn't as effective as it was when he first got here.
LSU figured it out in the 2009 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and they just slammed the door shut;
Iowa figured it out in the Orange Bowl and destroyed us, and then the remedy for it began to trickle down to most teams on our schedule. We got to where we could move the between the 20s but couldn't punch it in, or we'd be stuck in 3rd and longs all day, or be down by 2 scores of which the triple option is not built to overcome. We started having to rely on 45 plus yard field goals for points, and CPJ was a stickler for not using a scholarship on a kicker.
Yes, it's a beautiful offense to watch when it's working, your up by 2 scores and you're just trying to kill clock, but when you're down 2 scores and can't get out of you're own way, you are forced to become a one dimensional passing team and then all defensive a especially have to do is just sit back in coverage bx they know at that point you have to throw it.

@@gooser__43 the only teams in the FBS that run the TO are the military academies. The only reason they run it is because it does help inferior talent stay competitive. Virtually no high end talent want to spend their college careers in the military academies so it works for them. It’s an offensive scheme with a high floor/low ceiling. If 5-7 wins per year is all you want for Tech then you’re the wrong type of fan
Nice uniforms, but you're still average at best. Calvin Johnson was an anomaly at your program and highlights have little impact. The jerseys are pretty cool though.
The most athletic wide receiver of all time would be an anomaly at any program lol
