    This is day 1 of my 1 month pilates plan. It’s all about inner thighs and lower abs! Follow along with me and let’s start this month off well:)
    I am so excited to be sharing another pilates video with you guys,

    Everyone who is thinking about starting this workout I'M TELLING YOU TO DO IT cause it is soooo good, i am so thankful i did this workout for a month it REALLY changed my body, people now notice it and they compliment me, i am so happy, ik it is hard sometimes but it was DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! I wasn't on a calorie deficit i just didn't take sugar, sodas, chocolate, junk food, drank 2 litres a day and tried avoiding bread. I am so so happy, my stomach and thighs got noticeably smaller, first 10 days was rough for me i was sweating so much but now i enjoy working out its like a habit, it got easier and easier at time, so what i want to say is that i REALLY REALLY recommend this workout, it did actually worked, so THANK YOU SO MUCH MADELEINE YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

      @@florastevens863 Not good tbh, I gave up after day one because the second day was a switch from 10 to 40 seconds. I want to start again tho but just be ready for 40min tomorrow!

    So I've started this challenge one week ago. It was really fun to do. I started with 63 kg now I'm 61,2 kg!!!
    UPDATE: Im currently at the last day, my weight is 60,2kg. It was fun ❤️

      @@djiiiii yeeah, but not much. I still eat sweets, I dont eat after 7 pm. I also try to eat lots of veggies and protein, buty I eat only 1200 cal

    first time genuinely trying to commit to a workout because i rlly love that you planned everything out for us, so here we go! i hope that my progress can encourage anyone on the fence to try it out :3
    day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn at first, yet was super relaxing afterwards!
    day 2: ✅ did it on ft with my best friend and we accidentally boosted it with an impromptu ab workout from laughing ourselves into hysterics 2 minutes in 😭 the burn came out SWINGING with this one, never in my life have i ever completed such a long workout.. (40 mins) but im 100% getting the best sleep of my life after this
    day 3:✅ i didn't expect a 20 min workout to be so hard! happy with my consistency thus far

    good luck to anyone starting!! I’ve been doing madeleine’s workouts for a few months now and have definitely noticed a difference in my body and mood overall (along with stretching and mindful eating). It’s very much worth it 🤍🤍

    I am doing this challenge second time and it feels amazing!!! I feel so proud of everyone who showed up today! I know it’s hard, but it gets better!     this was the greatest workout ever - the shortest and it did so much!!! stopped working out for some months my body felt it. lost my gains got sad. if you’re going thru this start here. I feel better happier and positive im getting my body back ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you a million times madeleine! i found you on tiktok at 3am desperate for a change type night 😂

    I just started Round 2 of this, after taking off for 3 weeks. When I say, “My left hip is burning…geesh, but I got mad results the first time, so here I go again.” I am also doing HIIT training with this, this go around. I got goals and I want to see how much my body changes, doing both of these.

    I don't like seeing my body in the mirror and I always think badly about my weight, so I want to make a start now. I don't know my exact weight, but I think it's between 60-55 kgs. So let's lose weight to mog everyone around us girls!!!

    I was very surprised because I sweated so much in 11 minutes! I'm not too tired, but I'm a little scared for tomorrow's 40-minute workout. I also did 17 minutes of cardio!

    I'm going to the challenge out for a month (pls like to keep me accountable)
    Week 1:
    Day 1: ✅ felt it in my thighs and glutes not as much abs until it reached that one exercise. After this I'm doing a HIIT workout from growwithjo. The one exercise I felt my abs I decided to do that exercise again on repeat by myself
    Day 2: ✅my arms literally died and so did my stomach. I finished the whole thing skipping only 3 exercises. I'll be getting my 10k steps at at work today.
    Day 3: ✅Did 500 jump rope and then this workout. I will repeat this workout in the evening. Ik it’s early but I do see some changes.
    Day 4: ✅idk how I managed to get through it but I did omg. I’m going to do some other Pilates workout from her after this.
    Day 5: ✅Did this workout twice today. I'll get my 10k steps in at work. I feel stronger and less shaky every time I do it.
    Day 6: ✅ Did this stretching workout and I feel so much better now. I feel stronger and thats more of my goal than fat loss which is an added bonus. First week complete!
    Week 2:
    Day 7: ✅ Really low energy today - did not feel like doing it at all but I pushed through and did it only once. Physically and mentally tired therefore there will be no other workout today
    Day 8: ✅Completed it and did not skip it. It's raining here and so cold but I pushed through and now feel so much better. I'm going to do Daisy Keech BB workout and then call it a day and study!
    Day 9: ✅ Done nice and early at 9.10 am. Finished and got through all of it. Today my focus is on keeping my posture right so that will be my workout throughout the day!
    Day 10: ✅ left the stretching workout for Saturday and did day 11’s workout instead. I completed all of it! Morning workout is complete!
    Day 11: ✅ Growwithjo tabata express workout and today Mad's day 12 workout was awesome and I see progress in my body shape already!
    Week 3:
    Day 12: ✅(did d13 wo). Felt it in my lower stomach and inner thighs. Also completed a daisy k workout
    Day 13: ✅ (did d14 wo)
    Day 14: ✅ (did d15 wo)
    Day 15: ✅ (did d16 wo) skipped the last few exercises
    Day 16:✅ (did d17 wo) skipped the last exercise only did everything else. Nearly finished week 3 only 1 more day leftttt
    Week 4:
    Day 18: ✅ (did d18 wo) was the hardest one in my opinion, not knee friendly haha
    Day 19: ✅d19 stretches done
    Day 20 & 21: ✅Combined both. Only a little more and I'll have done a month omgggggggggggggg
    Day 22: ✅did d23 workout!! Only have two workouts until I’m done with this month challenge!

    Holis, soy el comentario en español que buscabas. Esta soy yo luego de terminar los 25 días de manera exitosa. Hice anotaciones en cada uno de ellos para llevar registro de mi progreso. Las dejaré aquí por si alguien necesita motivación (spoiler: si funciona!!!)
    Día 1: A pesar de estar un poco oxidada no fue tan difícil, definitivamente sentí el dolor, pero uno bueno. Hice toda la rutina sin problemas.
    Día 2: dios mío, tuve que hacer algunos descansos para continuar porque no podía seguirle el paso a Madeleine!! Omití 3 ejercicios los cuales genuinamente mi cuerpo no fue capaz de hacer, de resto, todo excelente, un dolor de los agradables 💫
    Día 3: Claramente, aún no tengo resultados muy visibles, pero, me siento mucho más ligera al realizar los ejercicios. Pude hacerlos todos sin problemas.
    Día 4: me sentí muy bien haciendo este día, pude hacer los ejercicios sin problemas, sin descansos e incluso el dolor era agradable.
    Día 5: dios, mi brazos nunca habían temblando tanto durante una rutina. No tengo nada de fuerza en mis brazos por lo que hubo un poco de batalla, pero aún así lo logré!
    Día 6: muy fácil, solo eso KAHSLDHSKS
    Día 7: me siento muy feliz, luego de terminar la primera semana realmente estoy viendo resultados. Mi cuerpo está más tonificado que cuando empecé aaaaa!!!
    Este día fue bastante fácil, me acostumbré a los ejercicios por lo que me siento mucho más cómoda realizandolos
    Día 8: disfruté este día, me sentí bien, fue un muy buen dolor!
    Día 9: mis brazos casi perecen durante los primeros ejercicios, pero lo logré
    Día 10: bastante fácil
    Día 11: mis brazos estaban muriendo completamente al comienzo, pero esa fue la única dificultad que tuve
    Día 12: yo no podría estar más feliz, disfruto mucho estas rutinas, me siento muy bien haciéndolas. Mi abdomen estaba llorando pero en un buen sentido Ksvwkwjw
    Día 13: cada día me siento mucho más cómoda haciendo los ejercicios, pero aún me cuesta mantener mis rodillas completamente rectas
    Día 14: hoy tenía un poco de pereza, pero aún así hice el workout para no perder la racha💪 estoy muy orgullosa de mi progreso, mi cuerpo no solo se ve, sino que se siente mucho mucho mejor desde el día 1!!
    Día 15: no fue tan complicado como pensé que podría ser. Pd: hoy vi mis brazos y omg!!!💪💪
    Día 16: bastante fácil
    Día 17: no sé si estaba haciendo algo mal pero me costó un poco KSGSLSHS
    Día 18: me sentí muy bien, siento que he mejorado muchísimo
    Día 19: Nuevamente, fue bastante relajante
    Día 20: estoy muy feliz de haber llegado hasta acá, me siento y me veo muy bien!!!
    Día 21: mis piernas estaban temblando, pero todo bien
    Día 22: este día fue difícil por el terrible calor que está haciendo😭😭
    Día 23: mis brazos estaban muriendo lentamente pero valió la pena
    Día 24: estaba super motivada hoy, así que hice todos los ejercicios sin problemas.
    Día 25: estoy tan orgullosa de mí misma, y no podría estar más contenta, mi cuerpo está muchísimo más tonificado que al inicio. Definitivamente continuaré haciendo esto cada cada mes!!!

    Improvements: Started with a bloated and big tummy, when looking at my sides my stomach sticks out forward than my breast. After this week i noticed it minimized backwards a bit and when i look at my tummy i can see 2 verticals lines shadows of my abs even without breathing in my stomach. Before its just all round in any sides😂. For ams it added loose skin so i guess i burned fats a lil.
    My workout routine everyday: This 1 month plan, an arms workout, and back & posture workout.
    Meal: 2 times a day, with rice, i became concious a bit with protein intake but i just eat what is served in our table. I just eat what i need and make myself almost full or full but not tooooo full
    Like me~ i want to be reminded, i want validation, motivation. I love words of affirmations!!😂❤

    I hope I am going to be consistent.
    In this workout ı felt really out of shape but this is a great start for me to get back to shape. I have pcos and lumbar lordosis. I am 85 kg. My goal is to maybe lose some weight and get tonned. I felt my outer thighs were burning in this workout. I wish everyone who is here doing this challenge a good luck. Lets get all in shape!

    Starting today
    June 24:✅ felt the burn in my legs and stomach 👍
    June 25: ❌was going to do the day two of this one month but didnt
    June 26: ✅I did day two and it was 40 mins😭😭
    June 27:✅ did day three and my legs were burning
    June 28: saw a teeny difference when I woke up looking forward for today's workout
    June 29:✅ GUYS im doing the day five of this challenge and my arms are tired i see some differences in my stomach

    Trying this out for a week (7 days)let’s see how it goes 🎉
    Day 1: I did this after an hour on the treadmill walking at 3mph, after the video I was shaky the whole time. I woke up the next day and was so sore (stomach, sides, back of thighs and arms) bending in any direction hurt so I rested and instead walked 10k steps
    Day 2: I’m still sore but I was able to make it through. No measurement difference yet

      do the whole workout I didn't notice it in week im on day 23 and it actually worked so goooodd, so i hope this is motivation for ypu to do it all bc i dont regret doing it.

    Does anyone experience this where one of your buttcheeks is fully burning and gets sore after a workout but the other one doesn't feel anything even though you do exactly the same stuff on both sides?

    Day 1: ✅it wasn't too bad, but i defo felt it. scared for tmrw's cuz it's 40min long!!! but imo pilates always feels good as a workout, it's not like running where i feel myself die LOL

    Day 1: ✅️ it burnt a Lil
    Day 2: ✅️ I really felt the burn in my hips,inner thighs and lower belly.
    Day 3: ✅️ I felt a bit burn and my whole body was sweating
    Day 4: ✅️ It was way easier and i fult the burn
    Day 5: ✅️ It was so easy I didn't even take a break! Later today I'm getting a belly piercing so I sadly cannot continue exercising, I wish I could

    Day 1: ✔️It didn't really burn as much since i do pilates almost everyday.
    Day 2: ✔️ I SWEAR IT KILLED ME. day 2 was 40 minutes 😭😭 i was crying, shivering dying. And i couldn't even finish the last 5 minutes. But its alright.
    I FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT HERE IT IS!
    day 3 : ✔️ not that bad
    day 4 : ✔️ for some reason it burned me so much my abs it hurts and it still hurts til now
    Day 5 : ✔️ easy

    1.Day:✅ Went very well. I even had fun while doing pilates, I was happy
    2. Day:✅I was very tired today, I tried all 40 minutes of pilates. I was covered in sweat.

    6.Day:✅Although this video is 15 minutes long, I suffered a lot. My legs hurt when I did the movements.

    Day 1: ✅ this workout burns and though but amazing for me because i never did a Pitaltes workout out and it been a while since i last work out so i recommend this ❤ (remind me for trm)
    Day 2: ❌ I was traveling the whole day 😃
    Day 3: ✅I felt sore and amazing specialy how I didnt do the workout from yesterday 😁

    DAY 1: DONE ✅
    I started today. I plan to come back here everyday to keep a track. Day 1 was low intensity but that motivates you to come back tomorrow for sure. I didn't have ankle weights, so for the first month i will keep it without weights.

      I started Day 2, and when I was about 12 minutes into the workout, I had run for an emergency. I was quite excited about Day 2 as it was a 40 mins workout, and I was mentally preparing myself. I hope to continue it from the part I left today. Day 2 makes you feel the burn, and sweat. I hope to continue tomorrow though. Wish me luck so that I can finish the 1 month challenge.

      DAY 2: DONE ✅
      I just finished Day 2 from top to bottom, and oh boy, did it burn!!! I faltered in few of the exercises because my wrists were sore, that's because I haven't worked out for years. But I pushed myself to finish whatever I could without being too harsh on my body. I feel so refreshed, now that I completed 40 mins of workout of Day 2. I am already excited for tomorrow.

      Just finished day 2,oh lord my legs and arms are not made for this. Amount of times I paused the video, I skipped like 5 exercises becz my entire body was shaking and it’s still shaking… ughhh I hate myself anyways excited for tmr… good luck everyone❤❤
