This is day 5 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute arms, abs & back toning workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Day 5 ✅ I was shaking in the beginning.. and at the end i absolutely killed it... I was not feeling like doing it but as I know that last time I failed because of this laziness.. if l skip one day then i know now that I'm going to fail again that's why I'm trying to complete it on the daily basis.... Day 5, done! I really can’t thank you enough. Your workouts burn and relax me at the same time. I feel so accomplished because I can actually push myself and feel the sore, but not have my heart rate go haywire. Its perfect for someone who has sinus tachycardia. I don’t black out . LOVE YOU, BESTIE! 💕
It's been 3 days... feel great !! This is the first time I look genuinely forward to do the workout ??
It burns for sure, but not at a point where I'm suffering due to my scoliosis and I want to stop.

I just want to ask that I don't have a slim or nice body, I want to lose atleast 10 kgs but I don't know if this 1 month pilates workout will help me lose weight...can anyone tell me am I right to do this workout?
Also, I just do this workout, I don't do any other workout other than this.... Should I do any other or is this one enough?
@@aimalisar150hi! Incorporate 15-30 minutes of cardio wit preferably 5 times s week. This can be either walking, dancing, are cardio exercises, just get in the extra movement + pilates

-Felt like 5 min instead of 15!
-My arms we BURNING near the end!
- My wrist has been hurting a bit so it was a little difficult to do the first couple ones with my hand flat on the ground.
- I had to end early and start late on a few but that's okay!
- I really wasn't feeling doing it today but I make sure I do it before I have lunch so I'm fully awake when I'm doing it and lunch is like a reward for the hard work!

Day 5 ✅ it was kinda challenging because my legs and back are stronger then my arms and stomach but its not the burn where i want to give up,its the kinda burn that keeps me going.
Yesterday i was in the park with my friends after school and i feel and scraped my knees and left hand pretty bad so i had to use a pillow so my hand wouldn’t hurt. But it was an amazing workout and im happy i finished it! Thank you 🩷🩷

NGL at the end of it, my arms burnt and died but burn and death was absolutely worth it.

Thanks madeleine for another great workout! You really inspired me to get back to exercising and eating a proper diet. I do have one request though which is if you can take a sec to demonstrate the position before starting the timer because I often find myself taking a sec to correct my position then having to rewind the video to get the full seconds. You probably won’t see this anyway but if other people can relate hopefully you guys can upvote this 😅.

Great and intense workout on Day 5! But anybody else having trouble with their wrists? As the days progress they get more sore during each workout and its making me take more breaks in between!

Τhe advice I was give was to put the weight kinda on the fingers like slighyly clawing into the mat and not on thw back of the palms! Hope it helps, I will try it out soon

Heyy im only at the 5th day but i can definitely feel the results. Thank you for these videos. I wanted to suggest you something as a person does this challenge. It'd be good to add a little preview of the next move at the end of the current move. So it'd be easier and faster to get ready to next move

Day 5- I wanted to start before January to get in the grind before I made it a true resolution. I love these work outs and they never fail to burn! This month long series is so perfect to keep me motivated! Knowing that a video is ready each day and I don’t need to spend time looking really helps me get into a good rhythm
So I will do this for 50 days now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. I will post my feedback for each workout under the following videos and from time to time some results as well. ( bare with my poor english TT )
DAY 5️⃣ I would say this really focused on arms which I don't mind. It went by crazy fast again. I really dont know how its possible that 15 minutes feel like 5. Great exercises. They are really new to me so thats why I'm insanely motivated. I cant wait for rest day tomorrow haha. Its fun but my body realy needs a break. Today I will add some cardio.
