      @@nhdoom8368as someone whose learned to work on cars informally, great place to start is just doing your own maintenance. Oil changes, filter changes, spark plugs, rotating tires, are usually simple things anyone can do on their car. I say usually because there are exceptions where some cars are more difficult than others. Once you can do basic maintenance move up into brakes and suspension if you feel comfortable. A cheap project car like a Honda civic or old pickup truck is the next step up. Something easy to work on with cheap and available parts. Also harbor freight is the best place for 99% of your tools. My rule of thumb is if I use a tool enough to break it or hate it then it’s worth investing in something nicer.

    Took me about an hour to get mine started for the review on our channel. It was a glow/ electrical issue. All plugs have to be constantly lit. My power, a 3S LiPo pack, was going through the factory wiring setup but two wires weren’t making perfect contact with the glow plugs. Once I fixed that, it fired on 25% Nitro Hobby fuel. Theo from PCH is the man, he probably threw every trick at it. My only guess would be try starting it with the carbs about 1/4 open then pinch the fuel line a two-three seconds after starting, this will lean it out and hopefully show if your carb setting is too rich. Looks like you had a ton of fuel dumping out. Also, it was hard to see, but those may not be the right plugs. There should be a 2mm shank beyond the bottom of the threads of the plug. It’s a Type-F plug for 4-strokes. Good luck!

    Amazing! How quickly Donut Media built this smallest V8, but it's a pity you guys didn't start the engine this time around. Whatever, you have come up with a lot of solutions, the solving skills are super strong, I believe the problem will definitely be solved soon. The engines of Matt and Q90 are both nitro versions. Donut’s engine is a gasoline version. It is not recommended to use glow plugs and nitro for gasoline engines. You have CDI Igniter. After starting with methanol for a few seconds, it means that the engine has no problem. The solution is to still follow the gasoline version, and use the spark plug to start, just need to send you a replacement sensor, we can send it to you asap, and then you can start it again @Donut Media And thanks to our friend Matt's help @Warped Perception your videos are always great

Go deeper in depth into bass speakers, treble speakers, sound deadening, and high end batteries/amps/alternators/different gauge wires, etc. I think everyone would appreciate a breakdown of what you need based on the power of your speakers. (Us bass heads and headbangers out there need this from our favorite automotive channel!)

    There didn't seem to be a distributor or any timing mechanism at all, so you need:
    1) A crankshaft position sensor - and missing tooth wheel encoder
    2) A camshaft position sensor - and missing tooth wheel encoder
    3) Electronic ignition system of your choice (to tell it when to spark)
    4) Set Cylinder 1 to TDC and the Cams in the correct phase to this and each other
    5) Know your compression ratio, by measuring it
    6) An ignition coil, because you need to amplify the spark voltage to 20kV +, 30kV is better
    7) Gap your spark plugs
    8) Throttle position sensor to adjust timing with load
    9) An ignition map
    10) Optionally an oxygen sensor to run the system in closed loop.
    You can skip 2) if you have enough belt tension but these things can jump timing on a jerky start.

      10 Why, O Jehovah, do you stand at a distance?
      Why do you hide yourself in times of distress?+
      2 The wicked one arrogantly pursues the helpless one,+
      But he will be caught in the schemes he devises.+
      3 For the wicked one boasts about his selfish desires*+
      And blesses the greedy one;*
      ‎נ [Nun]
      He disrespects Jehovah.
      4 In his haughtiness, the wicked man makes no investigation;
      All his thoughts are: “There is no God.”+
      5 His ways keep prospering,+
      But your judgments are beyond his understanding;+
      He scoffs* at all his adversaries.
      6 He says in his heart: “I will never be shaken;*
      For generation after generation
      I will never see calamity.”+
      ‎פ [Pe]
      7 His mouth is full of curses, lies, and threats;+
      Under his tongue are trouble and injury.+
      8 He waits in ambush near the settlements;
      From his hiding place he kills an innocent one.+
      ‎ע [Ayin]
      His eyes are watching for an unfortunate victim.+
      9 He waits in his hiding place like a lion in its lair.*+
      He waits to seize the helpless one.
      He seizes the helpless one when he pulls his net shut.+
      10 The victim is crushed and brought down;
      The unfortunate ones fall into his clutches.*
      11 He says in his heart: “God has forgotten.+
      He has turned away his face.
      He never notices.”+
