Had my first 'deep clean' and my mouth was in agony for a few days. Dentist said I had a cavity, too. Did some research and I am proud to say after a year and a half my cavity reversed and now I am working on my gum line massages.
Had to really rethink how I eat and drink every day - but the results are too amazing to ignore!

I have two pockets in my mouth that have gone down and are almost completely gone. I've been using the mouth care system for six months plus the cinnamon xylitol, which is delicious and I also bought the toothbrush she recommends and sells on her website, which is fabulous. It feels good on my gums and feels like I'm flossing when I'm just brushing. My husband uses the mouth care system as well and has noticed all his sensitivity is gone.

Been using your system partially for a year. Mouth feels cleaner! Got black between my teeth, you said was normal. That is getting better. I used OTC Xylitol at first overnight for few nights until I got an infection. Stopped that. Use various brushes. My severe mouth pain has been reduced. Yay! I have had pain last couple years after a first level deep cleaning. I also have material from a crown forced down one tooth canal. Now they want to do yet a deeper cleaning and all sorts of other stuff. NO! It's ridiculous! I smoke and drink coffee/water all day. Going to get your recommended brushes and implement mints during day to complete my regiment. Hard to wait 60 minutes! 🙂 I need to get the crown checked for decay underneath. UGH! All crowns appear black at gum line. Should I a get a simple cleaning to to clean dark between front teeth? Hoping your system helps reverse all the damage they've done! THANK YOU!

Thank you so much, Dr. Ellie. You explain this all so well. I'm happy to report, that since using your system, I've been able to reverse a gum pocket I had. This question is off topic, but, I once had access to Egyptian mummies when I worked at a museum. These had all their teeth intact and without decay of any kind, even though the teeth were very well abraded. Mostly in their 40's when they died. No teeth missing. So, it makes me wonder, is it our diet now, that causes our problems. Things like processed foods and sugar. Those mummies didn't drink soda, for instance. I appreciate your videos!!

@ I feel so sad to hear all the horror stories and in my career I caused damage to MY OWN KIDS though wrong information as I gave them fluoride during their early years of life - believing it was going to make their teeth beautiful. They all developed fluorosis and thyroid issues - which I wish never happened. I also put sealants on their teeth and extracted their wisdom teeth ( not my youngest- but the other four siblings) believing I was doing my best. No child should get sealants. No wisdom tooth should be extracted in a healthy mouth. Better health education is needed. A huge number(?? Most) DDS have lousy oral health and don’t know what to do about it.

I scheduled one for it and then after seeing your system, i called back my dentist and canceled the appointment for fillings. Then i started using it until i got pregnant. During pregnancy, i couldn’t do her step 3 and 4 but i will not skip step 1 and 2 daily with xylitol. After 6 months, i went in for teeth cleaning and the dentist said my teeth are looking good (not much build up) but bcoz i was pregnant, they couldn’t do xrays to check for cavities. Anyways, came January 2025, went in for teeth cleaning, they did xrays and oh my, there was no black spots on xray and dentist didn’t even mention about cavities or crown anymore. He Just told me everything is looking good and that be careful with my old fillings and not to chew hard stuff which can crack the teeth. I couldn’t even believe my ears. My cavities is gone and not only i save $, but i no longer need the crown!!! Soo happy with finding her videos!!! Thank you so much and your system definitely blew my mind. I tried reducing the time to 30 seconds for each of the rinses but dried lip conditions returned. It’s actually quite painful. So I stopped using those two rinses. I’ve been using oil pulling since this issue began. What is your recommendation if I’m not able to tolerate the listerine nor the ACT? Using the closys for both before and after brushing? I also tried not to get any of the rinses on my upper lip. Should I use a water pick or flossing instead? Have you ever had a patient develop an allergy to these rinses before? I had yellow areas at the base of some teeth or in between teeth and they are gone. I even got out my magnifying mirror and checked and yes...all gone. Unbelievable. It has GOT to be these products. I have had these stains for 15 years or so and am diligent with my oral care but the stains wouldn't go away. I didn't use whitening products as they burned my mouth but when I heard Dr. Ellie explain where and how staining occurred I was so curious if these products would activate as she said and remove them. It WORKS! I am proof. Now, I am going to keep it up and watch my pockets and gums improve. PS-Get the toothbrush she recommends on her Amazon recommendation. I have had a million different toothbrushes...but that has got to be the most soothing toothbrush I have ever used. It literally felt like a massage in my mouth. I LOVE it! Seeing really is believing when it comes to results! It WORKS!

Brush with Crest Regular toothpaste, spit out, but do not rinse with water. Use Listerine, swish slowly, and try to reach 30 seconds, but spit out as soon as it starts to burn-this might be just a few seconds at first. Do not resist the pain, as that will make it worse. @@red-baitingswine8816 They have identified about 800-900 kinds of “good” mouth bacteria that do a variety of things including that they protect our teeth from harm and disease. Some even help lower our blood pressure, help our breathing and improve brain function! Important YES.
Then there are two separated populations of mouth bacteria. A small number are “superficial” and wash away every time we drink a cup of water. The majority are woven into a film called biofilm - which is supposed to cover our mouths and protect our gums and teeth. 40% of biofilm develops during childhood so it’s VERY resilient.
Too many “ influencers” jumped on a WRONG bandwagon and misunderstand mouth bacteria. Only Chlorhexidine is a concern for “good” bacteria as it is a powerful hospital grade antiseptic.
Listerine is an essential oil mouth rinse and very mild and no effect on healthy biofilm. My book Mouth Care Comes Clean describes this in detail - or the new SECOND edition of KISS Your Dentist Goodbye which explains even more new science.

I remember going to the dentist before I started doing the protocol and they would test for my pockets and call out the numbers. 😢
But now when I go to the dentist, they don't even check for pockets anymore. Does that mean they don't see any need to anymore?

I think so many dentists do not check these days cause they don't care any more. How else will they know but to check? 😢 A gp or dentist to see the patient an alive person and not a money making number is rare and depends on luck. Humanity changed after Covid.

@sahelnana I'm just thinking when the gums look healthy there's no need to check

@@DivaDeb1234 You should ask specifically about them. I find many dentists simply focus on generating business so don't tell you that you don't need their services.

Same here.. but Ihad a new hygienist this past dental visit and she didn’t mention anything…I was surprised because I have been on dr Ellie’s system and felt my teeth were so much better! I have no more sensitivity since using xylitol so I don’t even care. I’m thinking about looking for a more holistic dentist.

I’m having trouble getting the Act in Canada and with the upcoming trade war, I would like to know if there is an alternative? Better yet, can I diy something like baking soda rinse with fluoride added, or any suggestions? I’ve been doing your protocol for about 3 months and don’t want to stop now because I can’t get 1 product. Thanks for any suggestions.

Ordered mine on Amazon today. If it’s no longer available or becomes too expensive maybe try a salt water rinse.

Well I had gum desease 30 yrs ago after what was good dental care ie flossing every day and cleaning twice a yr. So I started using salt and baking soda mouth rinse and brushing with baking soda using oral B tooth brush had 9 mm pockets on some teeth, still used tooth paste in morning but a couple of yrs ago only use baking soda, now pockets reducing by 30%. Tooth paste has artificial sweeteners which bacteria love and cause so much trouble. Good luck I’m censored on UA-cam so I hope you get this.
