The craziest thing about this is that the model is not in the game files at all. They went as far as to remove it from the game's entire contents. Usually a model like this is just unused (E.g Dragonite in Smash Ultimate) but the fact they went that far is pretty surprising.
Maybe because it was to avoid a situation where they didnt want to get blamed for someone modding the models back in. Elder Scrolls and GTA went through such an issue where modders made NSFW mods using unused models in game and that effected the ESRB rating retroactively
I pronounced it Tharjuh back when I was first playing the game, but when I found out some names use "j" like that, I switched to Tharya because I just think it sounds better. I don't know if an official pronunciation has ever been given though.
@@metanightmare4454 Far as I understood it was only Norse as in "fjord" that does that. In Spanish you'd get an h sound for "Jose". If you know where the character hails from you'd be more likely to know how they'd use it.
Interesting fact about this is that in one of the trophy bntx (those stuff that appeared in Smash Run, Classic, and other Single Player Modes as a 2D flat texture), there is a huge gap around the Fire Emblem trophies, speculating that it's Tharjah's trophy spot. But sadly, neither of her assets are present in the final game, not even a string of text. Hopefully, that ESRB Build should get leaked in the future. It's nearly 10 years since Smash 3DS' release
Only if someone's dad personally works at Nintendo would it maybe get leaked But realistically it wont be unless someone specifically goes on a heist to specifically leak it Which would be illegal but cool And they might access other files too Just like how sm64 got leaked and then modified for pc
Comparing wood types by using them in the same way is stupid. Colour theory is a thing because different colours/textures can give different feels. Cherry wood is serene, while dark oak can be eerie. Contrast is also a large part of this, as well. Adding to this, you can just not use them as wood. Acacia for stone or birch for sandstone is very common in builds.
To all the idiots complaining: Pyra and Mythra's outfits were already censored to be in the game Mai had no shot over Terry being picked to represent KoF anyway especially when 80% of her look was designed from "lol boobs"
I don't think anyone is complaining about mai not being picked over terry as a dlc fighter. People are upset she doesnt make a cameo in the kof stage. Also terry doesn't represent kof, hes not the main character, kyo is. Terry represents fatal fury, hence why his logo in smash is a star
Except for the Radiance duology, the Binding duology, the original, its DS sequel, and Awakening, and the 776 duology then yes, they are all different.
Additionally, Fire Emblem Fates did some weird stuff with Tharja later on. 3 of Awakening's second generation units show up as first generation units in Fates, those being Selena/Severa, Laslow/Inigo, and Odin/Owain. While those three ARE the actual literal characters from Awakening, Fates ALSO brought back 3 of Awakening's first generations as completely different people with entirely new lore that AREN'T the same people as they were in Awakening, now as second generation units. Those being Caeldori (Cordelia), Asugi (Gaius), and, of course, Rhajat (Tharja). So, she kinda appeared in fates. uh, sorta.
Sometimes there are direct sequels, like Ike's games, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, but that's kinda rare. It's more like the way Final Fantasy does follow-ups than anything else. New world, new rules, new cast. Tharja's only been in Awakening as far as the main series goes, but I do distinctly remember one of the child characters from the game after Awakening, Fates, looking suspiciously like her, so maybe she got reincarnated or something? I know that Severa, Owain, and Inigo, 3 of Awakening's future children somehow got isekaied to the Fates world, changed their names and got jobs serving some of the game's royals, so I guess Tharja being reincarnated into that world wouldn't be unbelievable.
I think it's very clear why "sakurai" removed her she was in the game before the esrb looked at it, removed after the esrb rates the games based on different things, one of which is suggestivensss sm4sh was a nintendo game on the 3ds, so they were probably going for a rating of E10 at the highest she was removed presumably for being too suggestive after sending a game to the esrb, i can't imagine that they would be changing any more than necessary to get that Nintendo brand friendly rating that late in development i don't think the devs had much of a choice here
@@elenadepanicis8383I assume because Tharja was a trophy (and there were already plenty of popular Fire Emblem Awakening characters that were made into trophies) whereas they wanted Mythra and Pyra to be playable characters to promote Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and felt they were the best fit for Smash and only needed tweaking of their outfits.
