I have never seen or heard of anyone using a tent as an enclosure. I’ve seen glass, diy wooden ones, plastic tubs etc but never s tent that’s pretty cool
Awesome setup! Just wanted to add a note of caution on one of the plants you have in there, not sure if you knew but the sap of dieffenbachia plants is fairly toxic with unknown effects to reptiles.
I have always wondered about grow tents being used for reptiles, my only concern in General would be the strength of the tent material, you would have to be careful as to which species you house because I could imagine some can scratch & tear a hole in the tent. I’ve heard of some species of monitors scratching holes in drywall big enough to get out, so that’s something to look out for, like I said I’m just saying in general, not talking about this particular application, by the way awesome animal! I had the chance to purchase one of these guys, I was playing with him for hours and fell in love, but didn’t have the extra $800 to spare lol

its a LOT more common nowadays, they keep humidity levels up really well, and they are far cheaper than $500 wooden enclosures of this size.
I run some of my snakes in a tent setup, 8x4x6
Set up looks amazing
Wow looks great 👍
Thank you!
Could you do a video over the water tank setup you have in this enclosure?

You need more calm species that dont jump as much and have as much stamina
Great setup! Really like how the bamboo curtain looks in the tent. Where did you get it from?
I get it at home depot. $20 for 12 feet of it.
how long do you plan to keep him in there
A few months. Early 2020 he'll be at a good size where I'll start building a 8x4x6 wooden viv for him.
Can I keep a rhino iguana in one of these?
Do u think a tent would work for a iguana
I think they might be able to claw their way out
