It seems like this year your stress and struggles have increased ten fold. Can't say after all the years you've been on here I've seen you like this. Hopefully it gets better for you Brian.
Great video Brian. Big job and yes, steep. You seem to handle it well though. recon you will start cutting the time down. The wright stander is one heck of a machine.
Is the wright good or better than a scag? Thinking of getting one just for personal use. I have a lot of hills and I keep burning up John Deere transmissions.
That can not be a good feeling going down hill towards the tracks, i would piss myself a little lol. I hope your staying safe out there, this heat is no joke
Brian, if would be awesome if you could get some footage of the rock bed install! I have a client that is wanting rock in her flower bed and I would love to see how you do it and bid it!
Craftsman was always associated with Sears and thought it was gone because the Sears are starting to close but Lowes now carried the brand. All right Alvero is back.
That mower looks impressive. I wish our state "Louisiana " kept the grass on the Interstate up. They'd rather let our state workers bush- hog and pick up trash once a year .
Don't work harder work smarter. Start demoing equipment that is more efficient. Try out some of these 84" flex decks and Edging attachment with blower. With the properties you have you need a Sub-Compact tractor like a Ventrac or Steiner.
I wonder how long those hydros are going to last with those inclines !! Hopefully the county pays well to replace that beast :) Brian do you still do the HOA that was in all your videos last year ? As for the rehires. I may do it ONCE but could not keep doing it over and over !! I pay my guy well and give bonuses for LOYALTY !!! I don't know how you can run a buisness with employees popping in and out. JMO
It's hard to find employees to stick around regardless. As for the wright. If the hydros go out then they go out. That's what warranties are for I guess.
Don't know how they move so fast in those riding lawn mowers up and against slopes but they did not seem to trip over in it or injure themselves so they are good at this job but not recommended in the rain or extreme heat!
Don't be afraid to swallow your pride and lose the big jobs that are wearing you all down.... Or modify pricing if possible. The quicker you fix something that isn't right is the better for everyone. We as human always try to make something good of a shitty situation and fool ourselves. You are not a slave. Get your worth. If you underbid something be honest with yourself.
Hey Brian, I live literally down the street from Walker in Fort Collins. Give me a shout out if you want to grab some lunch when you're here. DM or PM for info.
The decorative saw...Maybe he doesn't drink beer? LOL
That decrotive saw is a bottle opener!
That steep mow around 5:41 answers my question. Thank you. Liked.
Making mistakes is only proof that you are trying to grow your business. Nothing wrong with that. Great job!
Welcome back boys. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
does walker make a bigger deck or may just need to buy another wright.
How do you get these type of properties
It seems like this year your stress and struggles have increased ten fold. Can't say after all the years you've been on here I've seen you like this. Hopefully it gets better for you Brian.

It's been 3 years so you probably figured it out, but the decorative saw is clearly a bottle cap opener.

That can not be a good feeling going down hill towards the tracks, i would piss myself a little lol. I hope your staying safe out there, this heat is no joke

That's some steep hills. How steep of a hill can I mow on a Hustler with all the weights on?
You should stop by Wright Manufacturing when you are in MD. 👍🏻
I'm in that area of Colorado. You should go up to Estes Park.
The little saw is a bottle opener!
You're right. It is what it is. Just do the best y'all can do.
ALBERO IS BACK!
That mower looks impressive. I wish our state "Louisiana " kept the grass on the Interstate up. They'd rather let our state workers bush- hog and pick up trash once a year .

Moto Gordo - Craftsman was sold to the Stanley/Black&Decker/DeWalt company! O:-)
So The Time Clock Method didn't Work?
I think the saw is a bottle opener.

I won't be doing these next year so I'm not wanting to invest in more equipment. We will get by with what we have for now.
Looks like you left Lawncare and took on farming. Wow. I’m in the west, here they grow wheat on slopes like that.
Glad the business is doing great. Do you work at your other job? I know mention before.
It will go much faster if you make your passes straight and from one end of the lawn to the other.
Great video!
