Hi thanks for sharing. I am currently going through perimenopause and it was kicking my but. I have been on the raw diet for 2 weeks now and feel instantly better.

It's so strange to be talking about menopause on my channel because I still feel so young but my hope is that this will help other women go through this inevitable change easily and comfortably! Xoxo

My experience with menopause is exactly as Alicia say.🥰
I didn't have any hot flushes, mood swings, weight gain or anything that many people have.
I am aware that it has to do with my diet, the enemas I do regularly and my mindset.
For 20 years I said: the menopause will pass me by without me noticing anything. That's exactly how it was.
👉Try it out. Change your diet and you will have less pain during menstruation, bleeding will be less and do enemas. Because menstruation is a detox. The body tries to get rid of toxins during this short period.👈
Menopause means - once a month your body can no longer get rid of the toxins, so make sure that they are not "present" in the first place.
🙏In my opinion, diet and enemas are the game changer.🙏
Give it a try - you can only win. 💪
    All the best Natalie 💖
Von Herzen alles Liebe Natalie 💖

I was vegan when I started to go through it (About 25 years at that point, now 34 years in) and no issues. I am 7 years high raw and apart from a few night sweats and initial cycle time change, nothing. Last month though, joint issues started.Dealing with it through diet mainly as I KNOW that this is the key :)

I was so confused by why I started getting some pms symptoms when I hadn’t had them ever as a vegan (eaten vegan plants only for over 30 yrs now) and when I got my blood work done it showed I was low in iodine . No kidding -after 1 month supplementing iodine I got no pms and its never happened again as long as I supplement the iodine .
    I’m 46 right now .

Wow, that's so interesting! Thank you for sharing that here, Aly! Iodine is one of the key 3 nutrients along with B12 and D, that vegans are often missing. It's so good that you were on top of it and were able to quickly resolve the issue. 🌟

Where do you check iodine levels? MD or ND?I finally have an ND., but do I have to ask her to specifically run a test on that?

    • @Alykat736
      @Alykat736 Рік тому +1

@@shannonellen8643 I asked for it to be checked in my blood lab work . I’m
Not sure if ND can order blood work? But I’m sure MD’s can and you can bring the results to your ND .
Since I started supplementing iodine Most months I’m fine but I’ve had a few months lately where symptoms came back so I need to check my levels. There’s so much conflicting info on how much iodine we need to take, i may not be taking enough 🤷🏻‍♀️. Good thing you have an ND , she should be able
      to direct you . 💞

I had my iodine levels checked and they were super low. Supplementing iodine drastically reduced night sweats.

    • @rawsynergy
      @rawsynergy  Рік тому

@@shannonellen8643 To get accurate Iodine level results, a 24 hour collection of your total urine output needs to be collected and then a sample taken from that is sent to a special lab. There aren't many iodine literate practitioners out there so it's important to work with the right person. I worked with Don Bennett at health101.org. I've had great success working with him through email. It's so important to make sure your iodine levels are checked and resolved. Sufficient Iodine is key for the entire body to work properly.

Hi there! I met you once at a raw vegan meetup in OC. So good to see you on here again. I am trying to come back to the raw food lifestyle again. Speaking of histamine intolerance one of the reasons I started eating cooked foods again was because I had so many food allergies. I'm wondering how I can heal my allergies so I can eat raw foods again other than basic salads and fruits. I think I have a food sensitivity to bananas and avocados, 2 of my very favorite foods for raw vegan recipes! Also I dont get along well with almonds, walnuts and pecans so stuck with just cashews and pistachios. But I do love those and seeds so I think I could get by! As far as my cycle goes, mine is every 21 days too and recently has been arriving early or not at all 1 month. It was the reality of realizing oh snap is this perimenopause ugh...Im 47 right now when I was a teen I only had a mild back ache. 20s and 30s cramps started to set in and cycle would be 3 days. In my 40s it started to be like 5 days and sometimes migraines along with horrible pms irritability. Do you use anything like maca? I just picked up a maca supplement to support perimenopause. Haven't tried it yet.

Colostrum and butyric acid helped me a lot. I ended up suffering from oral allergy and major histamine issues. I was reacting to most fruits and vegetables. I really believe we have to heal the gut and colostrum was a slam dunk for me along with butyric acid. I have also found that Garden of Life probiotics work well for me. I am now back on my raw vegan diet and continue to take colostrum by Now Brands and the butyric aid and probiotic.

Hi Shannon! So nice to hear from you! Sorry for my delayed reply, I'm just now seeing your message. I recently shared a video of things that are helping me heal which you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/nbFCuIoIJOM/v-deo.html I know how frustrating it can be to not be able to eat your favorite foods but I do know that the body has the ability to heal completely and part of that is getting the nervous system in a more consistent relaxed state in addition to healing the gut and microbiome. I have never been able to consume maca and I'm not sure if that's because my body just doesn't tolerate it or if it's a higher histamine food source. Were you able to tolerate it?

@@marisamarino7596 This sounds much like mast cell activation issues, or/and lectin heavy foods. I suggest a good juice cleanse.

Try pairing your True Ayurvedic type with a professional Ayurveda coach( not a foolish google test:( ) and your blood type. Great place to answer most of your questions or even fill in all of the answers you need:). True ayurveda is PHENOMENALLY blowing my mind now..........they've made it hard for everyone with making a modern dumb version of it which isnt based of of its amazing method. Find a true ayurveda coach. there arent 3 doshas, there are 10.

Peri hell as a vegan not raw just trying to eat HCLF despite taking biodentical progesterone and doing Dim for the estrogen dominance I was in hell I added in more protein in the form of shakes and it really settled down my body. I still take the Dim and use a wild yam cream that also contains shatavari chaste tree red clover and black cohosh. Things have dramatically improved doing the shakes and eating more raw food. More protein plus raw and Dim for estrogen dominance dominance clean the liver. 👍♥️🙏

    Hi there
I’m 44 probably been in perimenopause for a year or so but didn’t comment the dots. I’ve been fully raw for 15 months and was feeling great until 6 months in. Since then I’ve been dealing with histamine intolerance which is giving me nasal congestion, sinus pain post nasal drip and headaches. I felt like a complete wreck. I was tempted to give up this raw lifestyle as being raw and needing low histamine is not fun. What’s a smoothie without a banana!!!!
Anyway I’m seeing a functional nutritionist and naturopath and slowly these things are getting better. Did anyone else go through this in peri? My cycle was getting slowly closer together but that’s improving too.
