Evem though its important to enjoy whatever workouts one does, I realized that the temporary pain and letting go of the dopamine of the workout for a second, would rather give me much better results. This was hard for me, but i made it through.
I hate cardio with a burning passion, i honestly do. Yet this might be my favourite circuit ever... I've done it three times this week and I still can't get over how good it makes me feel. Great job Alex 💪🏼🔥
I liked many of your workouts and combinations and have been doing them since 4 weeks ago! But in this Core Hit “the seated leg raise and knee crunch caused me a right side inguinal hernia and now i must have an operation :( Please check this exercise… It puts a lot of pressure on the bottom of stomach.

I thought it was not necessary for me since I am already naturally slim and I bike a lot. What do you recommend Alex? Should I include a cardio training like this in my routine? :)

I would focus mostly on strength workout, but certainly keep some cardio workout in there too 😄
