The "carb tracking" is genius. Don't have to get picky with tracking every bite but keep on track!

You said minimize dates. I've always felt that I've reached my sugar level after 1-2 mejdool. What's your take on the science behind dates eaten in later pregnancy? They recommend 6/day to help shorten labor & reduce labor pain, in addition to minimizing hemorrhaging/post-partum bleeding.

This is what I'm referring to: nutritionfacts.org/video/best-food-for-labor-and-delivery/

This is interesting to me as well. Something from Mama Natural said that she considered Medjool dates to be twice the value/size, so for this purpose, she suggested eating 3 Medjool or 6 Deglet Noor dates. I did it with my 3rd, and my labor (which ended up being an induction) was less than half the duration of my previous 2.

I love your account! Thank you for covering this in such an accessible way! I'm curious what you recommend in an at-home gym. I have a few free weights, but your gym looks great! Why do you have what you have? Thanks!

Thank you for this great info. I'm so bad at balancing my macros and often get fats and carbs confused. I know you said 50% carb (8 servings), 30% protein (5 servings) and 20% fat so would that be 3-4 servings?
