    That info was so good! Particularly the morning cues and how you might be in a calorie surplus because of overdoing it the night before! I had never thought about it before, but that totally makes sense when I think about how I have felt in the morning after late night (unnecessary) snacking the night before.

    This makes so much sense, thank you. I’m currently doing a meal replacement diet which I’m sure lots of people will disapprove of 😄 and I am still in 2 minds about, but I needed a kick start to start shedding the weight - I need to lose 6 stone to get into a healthy BMI (BMI is also controversial isn’t it 😄) BUT the ultimate aim is to get to a healthy weight and stay that way through intuitive eating/generally being sensible. I have been ‘cheating’ on my diet but am happy to keep living my life and not get obsessive, I’m still losing weight and keeping my eyes on the prize of being able to eat intuitively and without guilt going forward for the rest of my days ☺️ thanks for this great video, I’m excited!

    Soooo helpful! This morning I woke up not feeling ravenous like I usually do, and now I am eating half a cup of strawberries and 2 fried eggs. Usually, I just eat my bowl or even 2 bowls of cereal and then I feel yucky. I love these tips.

    Great tips! What do you eat before and after a workout? What if you can't workout until late at night after a full days worth of macros/calories?

    I would love to see what a grocery haul looks like for you. What do you buy and keep on hand for you and your kids? Are you able to shop for more than one week at a time, like 2 weeks at once?

    I have a little trouble hearing some of your videos even on max volume (kids/fridge running.) Perhaps there is something you could tweak with your microphone?

    You still are seeing foods as "good" and "bad". And suggesting that someone pick between wine, ice cream, or popcorn supports the "diet mentality". You are not advising true intuitive eating and should not advertise this video as such. It can be harmful to those who are healing from restrictive eating tendencies and looking for intuitive eating support.

      On the other hand, for me I need to pick. If I don't recognize some foods as bad (empty simple sugar). I will have a couple glasses of wine, chocolate, chips, and popcorn after kids go to bed. Then I will sleep poorly and feel achy the next day. I also have recently learned I crave the "bad food" but when I recognize it as such and offer myself a fruit or such instead, I don't want it. I'm not actually hungry. I'm addicted. Resets of looking more at item selection and only allowing small unhealthy occasional options helps to temporarily fix my body's broken cues.
