As someone who suffered from an eating and exercise disorder in the past, and who wants a healthy but balanced lifestyle, I really resonated with this. You talk about food for what it is: fuel! This video alone was great motivation to make sure I'm eating to nourish myself and my growing baby. I've been toilet training my two-year-old this week so there's been a lot of emotional/stress snacking going on. 😬

I eat pretty healthy but sometimes as a homeschooling mom, with a 1 busy 1 year old, traveling husband sometimes its easier to grab a protein bar than a nutritious salad! This video, your workouts and Cook Book keep me focused! Plus I love that I can buy wha I need for your recipes and use EVERYTHING I buy - Nothing. Wasted! Ashley, thank you so much for your reply. I’m actually doing your 10 Minute Plan for the second time right now (which is where I got the Mom Cookbook!) It’s been super helpful showing me I could find 30-45 minutes a day to workout. And I love the burn I’m getting in a short amount of time. After this I’m going to step it up to LFSC. I have even turned a few friends on to your programs too! Thank you again for everything!
Ooh I must have misunderstood your post! Got it. I have my top 30 Recipes in the 10 Minute Plan, and the Mom Cookbook is stand-alone, separate and unique from that. I am so impressed you homeschool while your husband travels for work frequently, too.

Oh Ashley you have been such a total inspiration to me- I even got my CPT and am looking forward to leaving my job to go work on a gym. Food and exercise have always been such a passion and you have... Given me the confidence to make it a part of my daily life. Not only that but I love getting my sweat on with you almost everyday and am interested in your recipies as well. Your prenatal workouts helped me gain a healthy amount of weight (I gained 100 lbs the first time 😓) but being a part of you and your community has been a life changer. Love you Ashley! GlowBodyPT yeah...I also drink less when pregnant! I’ve been brewing my own for a few years now.
