Check out our solution for increasing fuel capacity, tough luggage system and so on. This Yamaha Tenere 700 is ready to take on some overland journeys! - Авто та транспорт
Tenere 700 is an incredible bike itself, but with the full Outback Motortek kit, Mosko Moto backcountry panniers and Rotopax 1 galon tank, now its THE MOST AMAZING ADVENTURE BIKE EVER (IMO 😁) Thanks for everything guys, you're awesome!!!!
Jotx Trail cheers!
Love my Mosko Motos. Done two 6000 mile rides so far, camping out every night. Something not mentioned but that I love is the plates are symmetrical so you can put the bags on ‘backwards’, this really brings the weight inboard (the pockets toward center of gravity), I carry two 1.5 liter smart water bottles in each pocket plus 2 liters in hydration pack in my jacket (8 liters!), toolkits in bottom of bag with tubes on top keeps weight really low & inboard. Perhaps wishful thinking, but if I ever go down on the road, I reckon the filled water bottles will act like airbags (ok, water bags) absorbing some of the impact hopefully.
Exactly what I have been looking for! Safe travels gents.
Nice setup. Effective and functional.
osimnod thank you!
Lovely work with the parts of the Translation :D
Wish I would've had Mosko moto bags a few months ago when I rode in Utah for 6 days. What a great system gentlemen. Your Tenere 700 looks great. About the perfect adventure bike sir. Thank you for sharing and enjoy your upcoming trip my friend.
Jon Elliott than you for your comment and compliments! Hope you had a blast in Utah
Que largo se me va a hacer éste año!! Quiero ya mi T7 y quiero todos los componentes de Outback Motortek
That bike looks awesome! Just need a set of Clearwater lights to complete the look!
Loktite is your friend... Do the attachment points use nyloks or similar to keep the bolts from backing out?
I have the back country 35 on my 790R,, 2 weeks ago, I arrived at my house and the right side bag was missing. I was just on a road ride, have no idea how I lost the bag, especially with the wedge system. The next unexplained mystery is that the bag was found 200 kilometers away and returned. How could the bag fall off? I am now strapping the bag to the frame for additional security
You need to send the RotoPax Bracket for standard Pannier Racks to the Aussie supplier, Adventure moto with your next shipment.... Love the look of the mosko moto Backcountry 35L pannier kit/rotopax setup on the T7
This set up looks great. What is the total width of the bike with the OM pannier rack and 2 x Mosko 35 l panniers? Thanks
What about a rear tail rack with that all set up. ? Looks nice though
👍👍👍
wow nice bag
Great video and great looking bike with awesome gear. One question. What kind of a skid plate is that? Is it a Givi maybe? I am looking to have a Give plate and Outback Motortek crash bars instaled on a Tenere 700 as well so I was wondering would they clear each other size and mounting wise? Enjoy the ride and thanks :)
Thanks for your comment. That's the Yamaha Heavy duty skid plate but we just removed it a couple of days ago and now testing the Outback Motortek skid plate! It should be available by February.
How much wider than the handlebars is the bike at the rear after fitting all that?
Nice luggage system, is there an opportunity to place a can on the right side above the exhaust? Perhaps smaller and only for water if gasoline is to dangerous.

Hi all. Does anyone know what the leg room for a passenger on the back of a T7 with this exact setup fuel , bags & outback pannier frame
I love that bike, so nice to have a actual midsize adventure bike. That rack setup, looks good, however praticalically loading 30-40lbs of gear, then that fuel weight onto those racks all supported by bolts and welds is going to fail at some point when riding continuously hard off road. I had that set up on a AT and it failed. Street and minor off road ok, but keep an eye on the stress points.
Definitely no failures even with Mosko Moto Backcountry pannier racks loaded. This includes goat path style rocky trails, jumps, crashes etc. Feel free to check out Jotx Trail's UA-cam channel for some good action with our setup.
@@Outbackmotortek I tend to believe it is more the continuous wash board road ways that vibrate the heck out of every weld on our bikes. My trips have been many, and long back country trips. Welds are not always guaranteed in that environment. I recommend to all our regular riders to use soft luggage if riding continuously off road. Someone, sooner or later experiences a weld failure or metal stress fracture. Cheers.

is it possible to place rotopax in fairing like RE Himalayan style..?
Hi. Do the Backcountry panniers mounting plates now fit the X frame racks? Planning to get the X frame rack and the v2.5 Backcountry panniers soon.
Yes, as it’s demonstrated in the video
Hola , una pregunta ... Seguro que el Rotopac no vá a tocar en ningún lado los plásticos ?
Cómo se podrían ganar 5/10 mm de espacio ?
Gracias
Andrés Italia 👋
hi can u tell me the engine rpm at 60 milli or 100 kmh
More Questions:
• Is your tail rack compatible with the
pannier racks?
• Will the Rotopax also mount inboard
but horizontally?
• Does the Rotopax plate need to be
yellow?
• I assume that installing a second
Rotopax on the right side of the bike
would be precluded because of the
exhaust....n’est ce pas?
Thank you very much.
Rob Krochenski all our products are compatible with each other, including the T7 tail rack and the pannier racks. The Rotopax canister can only be mounted vertically. The Rotopax bracket can be black, blue, red, orange..
Thank you....much appreciated!
Awesome combination! Does Outback Motortek ship from Spain ? (for europe orders?)
Reiwadatschi thanks for your feedback! We ship from multiple EU locations: europe.outbackmotortek.com
@Outback Motortek can you confirm if the rotopax will still fit with the original xframe racks where the x is welded in the center? Seems like if the mount in the video was centered then the rotopax wouldn't have fit?
Erik Storteboom now the X-Frame pannier racks also feature the shiftable Rotopax insert for Tenere 700.
@@Outbackmotortek oh perfect! So the RotoPax mount on the x-frame is no longer set to only the middle welded mounts and can be shifted anywhere?
Erik Storteboom no, that’s the past. The new design features shiftable Rotopax brackets. The same bracket is also the foundation for our tool box.
What the total cost of the full set of crash bars, panniers, bags, rotopax etc are you gonna be offering a package deal?? Shipping to oz??
Johnddigga please contact Adventure Moto Australia to find out more about pricing and availability www.adventuremoto.com.au/contact-us
Not bad multi-language video it's kind of interesting
s O your comment is much appreciated
@@Outbackmotortek been riding cb500x past two year. Bikes done me good. But was thinking in two maybe three year about bigger bike. This is one the bike I was look into beside the African Twin.
Looks great , but to wide for my riding
Are the pannier racks the symmetrical or asymmetrical? Also are the Mosko Moto bags the offset ones or the regular ones. Thanks!
We offer asymmetrical and symmetrical pannier racks. Mosko Moto offers 35L/35L and 35L/25L panniers.
@@Outbackmotortek Yes but in this video you have the asymmetrical pannier racks and the Backcountry offset bags? Correct?
@@richardlasalle4128 back then when the video was made we only offered symmetrical racks and Mosko Moto only offered 35/35L Backcountry. Now you have different options
Hey people! Nice presentation, helpful! Do you ride the rallye Seat from yamaha, looks like! How you like it? I'm 183 cm tall, Think it'll work? Thanks for any info! Keep coming your reports and opinions!
Regards!
Yes I use Rally seat, and I think it's ideal for you. I'm 180 and I feel much more comfortable, better transition between seat and on step, one piece to move better on the bike and also my legs position.
@@Jotx Thank you bro! All the best!
Have you got a link when I can by the rotopax n fitting please
outbackmotortek.net/product/rotopax-bracket-for-pannier-racks/
Would it not be possible and better to mount the Rotopax “can” horizontally?
Rob Krochenski not on the T700. Watch closely at 8:35 - the plastics are in the way. Maybe you can squeeze it in, but it certainly wouldn't be "good".
No it's not possible because of the design of the bike. The tail of the bike becomes wider and doesn't have space enough to fit in. But this way the tank keeps perfectly fitted, protected by the rack mount, and even you can fill it without having to take it off the mount.
I'm assuming this is the symmetrical rack option? It's not specifically mentioned in the video.
EDIT: At 21:50 it definitely looks symmetrical to me.
Yes, it is the symmetrical version.
Jotx Trail 👏
Great looking rig!
What do you think could go inside of the right rack? Lot of space.
An alloy tube to take a tool roll would be great, could be a good way to balance weight of fuel on other side.
Not a lot of room due to the exhaust.
can easily tell over time just the clamp on the side of the pannier is not enough specially with the weight of gas and the location. if this was welded, they can crack after long term abuse or normal offroad use, so imagine if it was just clamped liek this is. Should get that welded
Yamaha pissed all over their masterpiece with that tiny tank.
Amir Rad luckily there are solutions to increase the fuel range without forking our a ton of money. Just as you’ve seen in our video.
A masterpiece nonetheless.
It has so much torque you can actually stretch your mileage by paying attention
BMW F850 GS is the same or even a bit smaller, R1200GS is somewhat larger, do not confuse base bike version with what all manufacturers call 'Adventure' version. And every adventure version is significantly heavier, feel free to check. So it is really better to carry all that fuel only when you actually need it, and not all the time. I guess there will be lot of aftermarket options from Acerbis and others anyway.
