    With that solution, the side panels will be all scratched and scuffed or not? Maybe just need to apply a protective film under.'(like 3M Heli tape)?

    What is the feel of the bags during a ride? Are they pratical for a médium jorney? The distance from the exaust, is it enought?

      Pedro Soares they work for off-road trips the best being lightweight and compact. Mosko Moto sells exhaust heat shields to offer extended coverage for the bags.

      atprod width of soft panniers vary, width of the bike with soft panniers vary as well. It depends on what’s “full”. It could 90-100cm wide once both panniers are mounted on the pannier racks. We’re going to offer asymmetrical pannier racks soon and that will reduce the overall width

    I love the look of soft panniers. Much more adventury and less GS-sy

    • @Outbackmotortek
      @Outbackmotortek  4 роки тому

      Yes, it's necessary. With our rear rack, the three rear straps on the Reckless can't be tied to the bike. Did you watch the video or just skimmed it?

    • @DanielMores
      @DanielMores 4 роки тому +1

      @@Outbackmotortek So just tie them to the nipple things ... mounting plugs or whatever they're called, or tie it underneath the rear guard.
      Watch them being mounted on a number of dirtbikes without racks ... they're called "reckless" ... get it :)
      I realize I'm pissing off the producer of the rack telling him that it's unnecessary.
      You have a nice rack (chuckle), and I'm sure it's useful or even better for the mosko moto reckless bags but please be honest and don't suggest that you absolutely *need* a rack.
      Peace!
      BTW I watched it twice because it was so instructional.

    • @Outbackmotortek

      @@DanielMores "Reckless" refers to not needing pannier racks which are located on the side of the bike sometimes as OEM but mostly as aftermarket parts. Just FYI.
      The last thing one needs is doing a tacky job attaching expensive pannier systems like the Reckless 80 to a "thingamajiger" on the rear end of the bike out of the factory. Whether you accept it or not, the T7 offers nothing useful in terms of luggage hauling.

      @@Outbackmotortek So, this same set-up can be mounted on the rack itself, as backwards as possible, to allow enough room for carrying a passenger? I am struggling to find a rack-less solution for the Tenere that also enables pillion rides when needed. Please, I would really appreciate some clear information about this! If this set-up allows pillion rides as well, I think this might be the most versatile soft luggage solution for this motorbike. Cheers!!
