This video was actually such a pain to record because I had everything recorded already, so today when I had time to edit, I realized ALL the footage was messed up. I tried but I wasted so much time trying to salvage what I had, so ofc I had to redo everything.
To add to my problems, the mod was not allowing me to replay the events on the same file so I had to use a separate save file (divorcing Sebby again💔) and then THAT footage was also ruined. In total I used 3 different save files just for shane lol
it took an entire day to redo everything for a five minute video 😭 HOPE U ALL ENJOY BC I AM DRAINED. MY WHOLE SUNDAY WAS ROBBED

For the shane lovers 😎 I honestly thought his events would be... way worse. Like, his 6 heart event but WORSE.
Alex & Emily have events in this mod too, so if anyone is curious, I'd be happy to post them. Haley, Leah, Maru, and Sam are also available but those are being reworked by the dev so I'd rather wait to see the finished product.

I kinda wish that this was already in the game as most characters have families or friends that would know something was wrong or what not. (Maru, Sam, Sebastian, Elliot, Leah, etc.)

can we PLEASE talk about the way Harvey literally interrupts the family crisis to be like "hey i've lost a LOT of money helping your alchoholic nephew" (while shane can hear him!!) and makes them pay right there?? and then if they don't have money the implication is that he just leaves and lets Shane have whatever medical crisis he's having? Guess he really is a doctor after all!
Obviously he needs to eat and Harvey has money issues in-game as a small town doctor, but it just feels really cold and out of character, like I think he would help Shane and afterwards bring up that he can't continue to support him until he's compensated. Maybe thats just wishful thinking for my mans tho idk

@@Ganganuk Yeah but its just a game, after playing SDV a lot, I ended up having empathy for him ( i used to hate him a lot ), I saw how complicated his life was and I felt really good helping him change his habits.
I know he still drinking afterwards, so I have a mod where he actually stops drinking. I still don't understand why the creator make a character with such an interesting development to ruin what he built later
@@SleepyKaami if he actually stops drinking, it might be worth having him as a partner. But in vanilla stardew, he returns back to his drinking habit if you marry him, which is just a major red flag as a partner.
If your partner has beer cans littered on the floor, run.

I think you misunderstood. If you have less than 1000, he takes it all and you work to cover the rest. If you have more than 1000 he just takes 1000

I have never married Shane before in many hundreds of hours of play, but this was so sad! Really well made mod :)
If the divorce events were in the vanilla game, I wouldn't be able to divorce anyone because it would make me uncomfortable, even if it were a game :1

i'm not sure if there are other mods, but the mod description for this specific mod says it will include harvey in a future update so we just gotta wait and see!!

Idk if I think that Shane would resort to drinking. I genuinely think he changes too much over the course of playing. He would just be sad about it and probably grumpy toward the player, but for Jas' sake I can't imagine him acting this way.
