Needed this workout, after an accidental fall, with right palm taking a jerk. After the medical treatment, something remained unsolved which surfaced with slight pain, while playing badminton!

IDK If I've ever commented on this video before but I constantly recommend this video to people who suffer from wrist pain. I'm a 3D and 2D animator/vfx artist/illustrator so my wrists are constantly suffering, this (in combination with other helpful tweaks to my routines) has helped to minimize and often even eliminate pain after those really rough weeks/months where I'm really grinding out work for hours every day.
I'll keep sharing this to anyone who needs it.

Since having shoulder surgery almost 2 years ago now, I've had an issue with my wrist on the side that I had surgery - I was sooo looking forward to this video! Definitely adding this to my weekly HASfit routine - I did it, and man ~ it "hurt" so good! I feel like it will really help my wrist not hurt so much in plank position and when doing push-ups. Is it possible to stretch your wrists too often? I have issues with my inner elbows and was stretching out my forearms and wrists to deal with that and then developed wrist issues and not sure if I did it too much?

As someone who has wrist pain from gaming, would this help? I've practically cut the computer out of my life (about 3 months now) but I still get wrist pain when doing other things sometimes. I tried some wrist exercises I found online, while they felt like they helped at first, it seemed to make them worse over time.
I think this will help and Again I'm not a professional but as far as I know this will help. A Wrist Pain is A Wrist Pain No matter what you do, Gaming or any other stuff. The pain is same, But the area of the pain may differ
P.S I play alot of games too. Just try this and see how your body responds and it will not happen over night You gotta keep working on it.
