I used some of these exercises, and do bout 10-15 reps with each exercise, and I didn't feel any pain in my wrist when I planche, or handstand thnx daniel, for this vid really needed it and it's very helpful

I started getting into shape about 2 months ago and I was really concerned how am I going to do a lot of exercises that need me to use my wrists. I always had very weak wrists, some months ago I just sat on the counch leaning in one hand for about 10-15 minutes without realizing and my wrist hurt so bad, I couldn't use my hand for more than a week (luckily it was not my dominant hand!).
I tried doing this routine as part of my general warm-up pre-workout, about 15-20 repetitions for each exercise, and it was a lifesaver!!! I really felt a huge difference and my wrists are no longer painful!
So thank you so much for what you do!!! 🙏

This helped a lot. I was concerned with my wrist weakness when I started my fitness journey yeara ago. This was one of the videos that popped up. When I progressed from body weight exercises to lifting I had little trouble keeping my grip thanks to these!
Now years later I'm getting back on the fitness train after an illness, this is still my go-to for my warmups.
Thanks for putting this out there!

Literally the best set of exercises for warming up your wrists, if you are heavily leaning (pun not intended) on your wrist while working out (push ups, hand stands and dips)!

Thanks, man it really helped with the reverse prayer pose. I have been working on it for about a week with no noticeable progress. All I needed was this 4-minute video for my wrist mobility. I still can't do it perfectly, but at least I know now what I need to work on.
Keep up the good work! 💪

Some from good ones from GMB too . Really great wrist warmup and work. I fucked my rotator with tucked planche holds with no focus on scapullar posture, felt my shoulder amazingly stronger and tried too hard because of my ignorance. What I sure did well meanwhile was improving my wrist flexibillity. Helped lots. No more pain, wrists healthier than ever. Helped even with guitar related wrist problems.
Love your videos man. I would like to see you more on rings. BTW, can you do iron cross?

Hi, Daniel from this video I figure we should prevent injuries. I think I read that you are physiotherapist so I guess you may be able to help me understand my condition. I already have injury in my wrists (too much pressure on not warmed up wrists: handstands etc.) This injury I have been carrying around for over couple years now. I am 24y old and I basically cant get into handstand on ground because it hurts. What should I do? I am avoinding these possitions where I feel pain (parallettes, p bars, etc.) Do you think that streching enough plus getting strenght in wrists tendons and muscles could do the job? Thank you

From watching your videos. ive progressed from only a couple pull ups to being able to do the bar brothers requirements and other tricks... Im still have so much trouble with my planche though.. Youre planche videos are so reassuring because its taking me ages to be able to hold a straddle for 2 seconds... Once again thank you for your time and dedication to this movement. Youve really helped me out and I know countless others.

Dan, the first three ballistic movements are not really good for the warming up session, as it could lead to ligament and joints surface damages. instead of short back and force bounces i would better recommend circular motions or wider range back and force movements, which are more physiological, as involving more surface and muscles.
PS: the tutorial is good as always +++
