Ahh, I purchased this a few years back when it came out. I was always hoping you would add to it (I believe you said you would) but never happened 😊😂. They are great short routines. I need to go back and revisit these.
Once youve watched it through the first time you can build in the breathing from the start. I like to stay with one flow or practce for a while until I know it well without watching the screen. With more practice you will intuitively know the in and outs of breath even with new moves. Have fun and smile to your self as you learn❤
Love this. A little more physical challenge helps wake me up and move stagnancy even more before the flowing movements.
