I do know that I say this So Often but it is total Truth : This is so wonderful ! I cannot pick a favourite of your classes because I love them all. ( Even the ones that are harder for me and therefore the ones I need to do ) Go, Nick, go !
You were right, Nick: after a couple of weeks practicing these exercises, my neck and shoulders feel much looser. 🤗Thank you 🙏
Wonderful!
I do some yoga but I keep coming back to qigong and your teaching.
🙏☯️
I had a shellback tick in the back of my head 2 days ago and it made my neck and shoulders seize up! these exercises were perfect! feeling sooo much better now! Thanks again Nick! ❤
Excellent! Practice 😊Thank you! 🙏🏼
Back again and again enjoying the moves and comments. I wonder Nick, where do you get your seemingly endless motivation. Your teaching style is testimony for something special going on. ❤😊
Thank you, Nick! It feels so good 🫶
Nick ads are popping up in the middle of this routine. Really disruptive. It didn’t used to do that. Love the video.
Only had a few minutes today but wow, did this ever help my back pain ! Every video is my favourite. Truly !
What a completely Marvelous session ! The scenery is, of course, wonderful but the exercises and flow of energy are something special. My neck and shoulders and spine all thank you very very much. A peaceful active set. Thank you, Nick !
Excellent neck and shoulder practice; I feel so much better! Love your outdoor sessions as well. They are always so beautiful. Thank you Nick!
Thank you Nick, one of the best neck and shoulder series I've ever encountered!!
Wow, thanks!
These are great exercises I could feel my neck and shoulders loosening up Thank you so much for sharing them.
Lovely and relaxing - nice for the bones and muscles so necessary to move head and sholders. Lots of rain and water here in the gauge in S France just like your pictures!
Perfect for my healing neck and shoulder. I'll be back tomorrow!
I can feel the difference in my shoulders after the first time doing this practice. I cant wait to do it again tomorrow. This really takes the tightness and achiness away from my shoulders and upper back. I have had the lingering pain all week. I will be better now, Thanks so much to you Nick for this practice. thanks for all the videos you share with us.🙏🙏🙏
Thanks!
Thank you! 🙏🏼
Hey Nick! I love your videos, really appreciate them! Trying to practice at least one a day, they are so calming and energizing, really thanks a lot!
Today I had the first time, here in this video, that adds are popping up randomly during the practice. There were 4 or 5 of them in just this 17 min video, and not even the ones you can click away. They really really got me out of the flow everytime, from the calmness of the practice and your voice, to suddenly music and someone trying to sell shady business investments. This is really disruptive, hope you can make it away. I dont think I can keep watching these videos online on youtube if it stays like that. Thanks Nick, all the best
Thanks for letting me know! UA-cam changed their ad settings recently, so several of my videos have started doing this without my permission. I’ve switched it back off for this video now. Thank you!
@@TheNickLoffree Amazing, thank you so much! 🙏❤️
And so I'm back. I did this routine twice in a row. So very very fine ! Thank you so much, Nick
Thanks Nick. As always, a beneficial routine, particularly for when one sits too long over one's computer or phone. I wonder about the clicking in my shoulders. Is this because of my age at almost 69? I do Qi Gong daily and still find this clicking in my shoulders.
Good question! For me, some of my clicking went away with practice. Some didnt. I don’t really know why!
Wow, great flow! Thanks Nick!
I just can't stop yawning during these exercises
Usually a sign your nervous system is settling down, and stagnant Qi is moving. Keep it up!
Thanks!
Thank you!
