    Just did it! And it's amazing!! I needed this so so much right now. Due to my finals..i haven't been working out recently and my mood's been down. This really helped me getting my heart rate up and my body moving. I feel great!

    My knees don’t do jumps, so a mod for the last exercise was side lunges with the same dumbbell-arm movement. Worked for me!

    Wow!!!!!! My heart rate is still up as I am writing this and I feel so good. In the last excersise I had to use a lighter weight (five pound db), otherwise I wouldn`t be able to keep up the pace. I always have to remember myself that we must prefer technique rather than weight. Thank you Maddie. I love this 5 mins full body routines you give us. Before this quick full body routine I finished a 27 mins triceps and abs routine.

    Did this as an add on after a 30 min full body workout and omg I underestimated it... I was dead by the last exercise and had to divide the 1 minute of jumping jacks into 3... KILLERRR

    26 November: ✅ Absolutely killer❤ My body was on fire 🔥 I am so glad thay I got this workout. Whatta fun ❤
    27 November: Oh Maddie ❤ you make my heart work for extra o2 which is fun. I could sense and feel my heart beating loudly for a minute post last Workout. It's definitely working cardio. Totally fire 🔥🚒
    28 November: I know I am not doing today’s because I wanted my body to have rest kinda day. However I have done other workouts. So I’ll come back tomorrow.
    29 November: Done ✅ I’m so glad.
