I was off for a week and a half And it’s crazy how one day letting myself off the hook due my sick child quickly led to many days that followed. I was almost asleep but forced myself to wake up and do this. Thank you for this! Now I am pumped enough to do a 20 min sesh of yoga (hot 26) yay!

Omg!!! Huge milestone today. Finally was able to do 45 seconds of mt climbers without stopping or modifying to steps !! 👏🏼👏🏼 damn I was so proud. But let me tell you… 45 seconds of step jacks w/ toe touches after is killer ! 💪🏼💪🏼 Maddie you are just the best and I’m so strong and fit now because of you😍 I feel so confident at the gym because I know I’m doing everything with such good form because of how well you’ve trained and taught me. 😅 just THANK YOU! this was AMAZING!!!! My body was SO sore because yesterday was the first time in like a month I do a proper workout, but I didn't want to skip because I craved a workout, and I didn't like the idea of doing a no jumping workout because I thought it would be too easy, so instead I did an instense cardio and i almost fainted after two minutes, then I tried this and it was not hard to the point where I think I will throw up but let me tell you babes I am SWEATING AND I LOVE IT! DO THIS RIGHT NOW! IT MOTIVATED ME FOR MORE! I CAN'T STOP! I WILL BINGE THESE VIDS UNTIL I FAINTTTTTTTTTTT! THEN I AM GOING TO LISTEN TO MY BODY AND DO A COOL DOWN AND SHOWER AND THEN EAT BREAKFAST BECAUSE ITS 1:08PM AND I WOKE UP AT 12 AND I WAS LAZY BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I GOT UP CLEANED MY ROOM AND WORKED OUT AND NOW THE DAY HAS ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES! I loved this !! I did it as my "finisher " after doing your 20 minute full body (no equipment ). This finisher was awesome. I was wondering if u can do a " menstrual "friendly workout routine... this week was really rough for me to workout w cramping etc. 😫. But i dont like to skip out on my workouts. I would love it if u added that . 🥰
hey! I know every body is different so feel free to ignore this if you know it's not true for you- but I did just want to say that it's typically not good for you to do intense workouts/cardio like this while menstruating in general! it's recommended to fall back to yoga and/or simple cardio like walking during your bleeding since your body already has a lot of other stuff going on inside it
@@nicoleg5380 exercise is definitely good when you're menstruating! but just as sarah kimbro said, it shouldn't be as intense as your normal exercise :)
i’m doing this for 5+ days i’m not sure how long yet but hopefully atleast 5 days day 1 ✅ the 10 minutes went for so long but i did it! day 2 ✅ the struggle was real but i’m looking forward for tomorrow day 3 ✅ felt really unmotivated and sore but i ended up doing today re starting for 6 days! day 1 ✅ absolutely killed me
Ma’am! This 10 min workout got me laid out!! I find that the two 10 min workouts have my heart pumping faster and sweating more than the 20 min ones. It could be me and my effort though. Either way I loved it and I think I’m doing a sequence of 10 min ones going forward. Love your videos and workouts with no repeats! Thank you!!

I work out about 4 days a week so I was strong enough to do each exercise 95%. I loved it! Wasn't too extreme, anybody can do it. Worked up a great sweat & i plan on doing this twice a week to improve my endurance! Thank you 😊
