    Ingredients
    Crepes
    - 85g Flour
    - 15g Cocoa Powder
    - 50g Sugar
    - 2 Eggs
    - 300ml Milk
    - 1/4 Tsp Salt
    - 35g Oil
    .
    Filling
    - 200ml Whipping Cream
    - 10g Icing Sugar
    - 80g Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
    .
    Instructions
    1.Add eggs, milk, sugar, salt & oil in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
    2.Then, sift in flour & cocoa powder. Whisk to combine. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
    3.Heat the pan to medium heat, pour the batter on the pan. Cook it until set. Repeat until the batter finish. Set aside to cool down completely.
    4.In a bowl, melt semi sweet chocolate chips & 40ml whipping cream using microwave. Whisk to combine & melted completely. Let it cool down completely.
    5.In another bowl, whisk whipping cream & sugar until soft peak then add in the melted chocolate mixture. Fold to combine. Let the cream rest in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes before using it.
    6.To assamble, put the crepe on the cake pan, then add in the cream. Spread it out thinly.
    7.Put another crepe on top of the cream. Repeat until finish.
    8.Let the cake rested in the fridge for atleast 3 hour before serving.
