Golden Chocolate Tart Recipe

Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 25g icing sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 125g all purpose flour
- 50g corn flour
- 15g Milk Powder
- a pinch of salt
- Chocolate (about 50)

- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Melted Butter (5g)

Instructions:
1. Preheated oven to 170C. Then line baking pan with baking paper. Set aside.
2.In a bowl, cream together butter & icing sugar until creamy. Then add in egg yolk & vanilla extract. Mix completely.
3.After that, sift in salt, milk powder, flour & corn flour. Mix to combine.
4.Put the dough inside tart mould, pipe it out & put the Chocolate Nib. Roll the dough around the chocolate. Repeat until all the dough is finish.
5.Bake for 25-30 minutes. Once the buttom start to turn golden brown, take it out from the oven & let it cool completely on a cooling rack.
6.Brush the top with the egg yolk glaze, bake it again at 170C for 10-15 minutes.
7.Take it out from the oven & let it cool down completely before storing it.
