Great workout! I am about to play my first regular season game in a couple days and during pre-season I didn't have much stamina or strength so I will follow this video and run every couple days so I can be in shape for playoffs. Thanks
good stuff... can these be performed on every off day? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday? He has practice and off ice on Wed and Fri, with games on Sat and Sun. he's 11 yrs old.
I don't recommend training with resistance more than twice per week during the season -- on remaining off days, include resotrative mobility as well as coordination/balance/reaction time drills.
