Honestly I don’t think people realize how ridiculously strong these guys are (225-245 x 6 on bench) (315 x 6 on squat) (20 pull-ups) especially when you consider they also have to work on speed and be in peak physical conditioning pretty much year round.
Love your workouts dude! Gonna do them to get back into form as a 42 yr old. Ironically the UW bee/hornet logo is similar to the Concordia stingers in Montreal where I went to school. I used to train with the varsity team there to help push my game. Cheers
most fit and toughest team sport athletes. Bus ride mostly, then back to back games Friday and Saturday, plus team skate and practice between games Saturday mornings. Bus ride home .Hitting hard walls and ice and each other. and playing fast entire game, breathing cold air. And the players are no where as obnoxious as college hoops players. Plus in season lifting. Toughest.
Thank you so much! I am starting college hockey this year and I've been going to the gym and training overall, so that, hopefully, I can make the team! I loved the layout of the video and your way of explaining was refreshing :)
