    Hey there, started watching your videos after the cerave retinol one… I really love how real you are and i feel like your skin has definitely come a long way. I understand your frustration and exhaustion too. Still working on my skin as well. Trying to be patient and take one day at a time but it always sucks to wake up to a new one or to find one when you come home from work/school. After watching your journey, I know it’s important to just hang in there.

    I bought this lotion today. I learned that it treats acne from my friends, but they told me that it has a special use, so I hope you can make a video explaining how to use the lotion in detail, because I am really afraid for my skin that it will look worse than it is now. It is also said that the concentration of 10 should not be used daily So please tell us which concentration you use

    I have been trying the bpo cerave cleanser. I don't use it everyday so I don't know. I'm currently healing from a break out likely as a result of sugar and hormones so I don't know if is doing anything.

    Hello Amanda, you may have an allergy to milk products. Also apply the crave product on bare skin. Don't use moisturizer. CeraVe has an acne gel, and acne cleanser. Try those. Don't touch face after putting on products. I hope you recover. Take vitaminC . Go9d luck. My heart goes out to you.

    yo whats stopping you from going on accutane?? its really not that bad, i just kept a tube of aquaphor on me for chapped lips

    • @SarahBecheker
      @SarahBecheker Місяць тому

      Yeah, exactly I went for it for 8 months my skin is cleared. The good thing about accutane is that it heals your skin from inside. Using products after it will only make better and in check. I feel like targeting skin from inside is what’s going to give you better results.

    I've been using the panoxyl face wash for nearly 2 months now. Acne has not improved... Will continue using to the end of the bottle and see if there is any results. And YES, I apply it and let it sit on my face for 3 mins before the wash.

    This thing gave me the worse breakouts. I use dove soap sensitive skin now with not 1 issue. I've used blavk soap cerave, natrium, bha/aha panoxyl all my skin hates. The retinaldehyde from avene the only thing didn't jack up my skin.

    Zinc and niacin are essential both in the diet as well as topically. Eating what you're made of will give you amazing results. Women really need red meat and animal fats for health. Haircare products clog and enlarge pores; wash conditioner off, use clear rather than opaque styling products, and keep them off the face as much as possible. Red and blue light exposure refines skin at the deepest layers; even a small handheld device will help spot-treat the face. Drinking water does not clear or hydrate the skin; less liquid intake allows the body to retain the moisture and nutrients it's trying to store. Giving the skin what it needs internally means you will soon have no need for external treatments :)

    I have to ask, why are you trying products for 1 month or 1-2 weeks and then stopping? You're going on about the acne scars and redness, and you were using the perfect product for that in the retinol serum, then you said you had a product to show for you, so I'm guessing you STOPPED using the retinol serum and tret and going to try something else? You didn't use enough and only every 2-3 days at your level of acne is not enough. You should have used it every day and given it a fair chance. There's a reason it's a top selling skin product.
    Panoxyl wash is fine but I think the CeraVe version is better as it includes key moisturizers, but you should use this wash twice a day, a powerful moisturizer twice a day (something with ceramides and hyaluronic acid), and retinol in the evenings, before your moisturizer.
    Something like:
    Morning: Cleanse your face in the shower with panoxyl or cerave, let it sit on skin for a few minutes so the ingredients set and rinse off, follow up with an SPF moisturizer that features ceramides and hyaluronic acid 1-2 minutes after patting dry
    Evening: Cleanse your face and again let the product sit for a few minutes and rinse it off. Follow up with retinol immediately after patting skin dry, and then the moisturizer 1-2 minutes after the retinol
    You need powerful, non-comedogenic moisturizers as these products can ruin your moisture barrier, and damaging or ruining your moisture barrier is what makes your skin weak and can cause it break out more or continue to reinfect in the same spots

    Amanda, I've watched all of your videos and I think what you really need is to educate yourself and do research. I can tell that you're not very knowledgeable about skincare. If you do research than you would be able to get rid of your acne. There are many youtube channels from dermatologists that give great advice. Doctorly, Shereen Idris, Budget Dermatologist, Alexis Stephens, Cassandra Bankson, and so many more. They can teach you about exfoliation and how to use a retinol. Please do research so you can help yourself better.
