Me too! Retinol+Niacinamide at night. Now only for prevention, every after a few days or when one acne appears, Benzoyl peroxide in the day time before going out of the house, then washing it off after at least 30min. Then use Garnier’s VitaminC with Salicylic acid and niacinamide. Then after 30min add sunblock on top (only when leaving the house). I also stopped using makeup. So my face is now very smooth and clear. Will use Benzac AC at night as well in replacement of my night time regimen if I have breakouts.

I bought the two BP and Glycolic acid, but forgot the warning that its not to be used, i thought it was a mistake and searched to confirm but couldn't find, then i tried them together once, in very small amount, thankfully nothing bad happened to me. Still when i am using the two alternatively, without cleansing the face thoroughly, so there's a big mix, but didn't harm me anything, thankfully. i will take care of it now.

Cut down on dairy. Get acnecide 5 percent and use only a thin sized amount and only use this once a day in the evening. Drink loads of water. Cut down on sugar. Get a nice moisturiser to use after and workout often.
use bp wash & Differin gel together .They work so well. Cut down on vit c for now. Once you acne becomes dry meaning PIE , you can start vit c to fade them. Now if you use so many actives it will just fvck up skin barrier

I'm not a doctor, but from hearing around from sources, you can use benzoyl peroxide during the day (a benzoyl peroxide face wash would be even better to use), and yes, adapalene gel does take a long time to work, you just have to wait, it took months for it to work on me but I had patience and it paid off. Benzoyl peroxide per se is an exfoliant element so i suggest using both at night, alternating days. Watch and wait ur skin's reaction to it since reactions to products are subjective! I recommend not using tretinoin in the morning too because like benzo, its an exfoliant! Dont over exfoliate or u'll ruin ur skin barrier 🥲

Yes ! Yes ! Yes! So this is what I do. I wash my face. Then I put my leave on benzoyl peroxide cream on. I let that dry. Then I put my moisturizer on and add some niacinamide along with it? Do that help? Niacinamide gets along with almost any serum. It’s usually already added to some moisturizers. Hope this helps ! My mom was a dermatologist so I know a lot about skin care through her !

Benzoyl peroxide already exfoliates your skin and if you use the toner by some by mi which contains aha, bha and even pha it's gonna irritate your skin alot. Opt for a gentle cleanser but obviously if you're doing fine with it you don't have to change.
I personally use my acne cream (which contains benzoyl peroxide) after washing my face and drying it. I only use it at night because it dries out my skin and I only put benzyol peroxide (my acne cream) on, nothing else

You can use alternately but can not by mixing these ingredients together or using both at once .
FYI I think they showed the wrong cerave cleanser at 5:10. You want the Cerave Acne Foaming Cleanser, not the Foaming Facial Cleanser

@dondawest-ig4qu is the 4 percent wash any good. I use the 5 percent leave on and it seems too strong.

correct. use them at different times of day: bpo during the day (in a cleanser is best) and retinol at night.

You can safely use panoxly acne wash (bp) together with vitamin c serum or retinol. AS long as it's WASH, it's okay.
