Lovely recipe. Please everybody, use the stalks of broccoli - they are delicious! The bottom part of the stalk can be peeled a bit, then chopped and cooked along with the broccoli heads. However, I usually end up nibbling the inner part because it’s so tender and sweet. It often doesn’t get to be cooked! It’s a terrible waste to throw away half this lovely vegetable when we’re all trying to be less wasteful. Hope it’s OK to ask people - I just hate waste xxx

I find you can speed up your recorded video by having all the ingredients, cut and prepared, including all the measurements of the remainder of the vegetable and spices in a timely matter to shorten the length of this video. It helps keep the audience more attentive this way.
Totally agree. Its too slow.. We have to see her cut up the whole broccoli.. Also time wasted on showing the tin of mushrooms.. Geeze. We know what a tin of mushroom look like..

I actually prefer the peeled stalks. There are several varieties that are grown for their stalks. Gai Lan (guy lon) one such, widely eaten in China and available in Chinese grocery stores and many seed stores such as Johny's

This look awesome, I could almost taste it. Now to make it Low Carb/Keto friendly I will substitute Red Boat brand fish sauce for the oyster sauce. I will replace the cornstarch with a bit of Xanthan gum and be sure to use a health oil such as olive or avocado. Can't wait to try this - good thing I have all the ingredients on hand. Love broccoli too my mom would cut the stems off peel it around cut it into bite size and put it in her salad so I've been doing that too

I'd use fresh mushrooms, never canned. They're nothing but mush, and don't even taste like mushrooms at all.
