Health Tip: cut broccoli at least 40 minutes before cooking. That allows the enzyme in broccoli to create sulforaphane, an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer compound.

Yes always chop the stalk once it’s peeled and add it to the florets 💚 also I often add a little mirin instead of sugar since that adds some tang and sweetness and I would pan toast the sesame seeds at the start in the dry pan and set aside for the final flourish 💚 thanks for the great vid!

I use the peeled broccoli stalk to make broccoli pesto. Make it like basil pesto only use broccoli instead.

Yums i did this for dinner today, exclude the ginger cause i’m not sure i’ll like it in my stir fry, and i try to follow as close as possible the cooking technique and it turns so good. Cause usually i’ll just dump everything after i sautéed my garlic haha

I'm recovering from a virus and your video is making me suddenly hungry. I love the crunch of fresh broccoli stalk too - our family ritual is to share it out as we're prepping.

I've seen other recipes for broccoli in garlic sauce on UA-cam. This is is the only one that does not require buying many sauces.
