You can tell this is someone who returns her library books on time and never gossips about others. Very sweet. But please don’t boil brócoli, steaming retains more vitamins. Also don’t cook garlic for 15 minutes, put it in later and cook for less then because again you’re destroying bioavailable nutrients. Great video well done
