Did anybody ever find out how to get in the files and disable the whole "can't save when activated"?

My game freezes when I try to load into a save file. It worked with the other dlc stuff just fine.

anytime I put this file in my dlc folder, my games loads up but the program itself is invisible in task manager, as well Im not able to click on anything in the game because of it
