- Smoked Spare Ribs are one of our favorite things to cook in the pit and this peach-glaze takes them to a whole new level.
If you have a favorite way to cook your ribs, cook them like you always do and add a little extra BBQ rub on them. Brush the peach-glaze over them 20 minutes before you pull them out of the smoker and enjoy.

Must try, love your videos
Awesome video Mike! That peach glaze is amazing and easy to make. Side dish is on point especially with that grilled corn. Thanks for sharing brother!
They look amazing!
Have a happy safe 4th of July . God bless you and family
Great food ! 😋
Good job Mike, I’m going to try it out. We’ve got a lot of Peaches grown in my area.
Ms Ruth from church killed it on that organ solo in the beginning.
Awesome video as always Mike! Great job, they look great and the side dish is perfect for the non-meat eaters in the family
Thank you Rene.
Gonna try that salad 👍 Thanks Mike ! This is your high season !
That salad is a favorite of our dinner guests. Dump the leftover garlic oil in there (I accidentally edited that part out).
I’ll have to try this, looks killer! Loaded Smash burgers today! Happy 4th 🍻
Nice. I just got some peach jam from omish store! I will makeme a glaze with that🤤
Nice!!!
I hope you weren't at Louis' when Al Pacino showed up! Excellent shirt and excellent video!
Thank you Nathan
Question on spare ribs. Did the bones on your rack go all the way through? On the few I smoked they only went half way though
I think it depends on how the butcher cuts them. On this rack the bones went all the way through.
You know I am doing this one
They are really good! Let the natural flavor of the peach shine through.
who made the pit?
Hi Dennis. Lone Star Grillz made the Pit.
Oh crap! I had to mention peach. OMG! Drooling, Mike, thanks! LOL! To go with it, try this! ua-cam.com/video/S3-O1PuHdDw/v-deo.html I've used Ken's recipe many times, I've tried others, but the flavors are not there, this one is the best I found so far. Works the same with cherry or other fruits.
We've been eating more greens lately, more veg, reduced the sugar, salt and carbs as well as starchy foods. I've broccoli in the fridge right now. And you've got me wondering, ever smoked broc? I've never tried to smoke it. Any good if you have?
