    He's right about dropping weight during bicep curls. I was lifting 80 pounds using barbell and 40 pounds using dumbell(each dumbell) and just wasn't feeling it much in my biceps because I was struggling. I dropped ten pounds from both the barbell and dumbells and it's way more effective because I can focus on the contractions and eccentric motion way more and my form is perfect and yeah it's working starting to see real results. Over time I will slowly increase the weight as my body adjust but yeah u have to swallow your pride sometimes

    I’ve watched a thousand people on UA-cam who explain this stuff. I started as a smaller, weak, skinny person who wanted muscle so bad. I found your videos and feel so much better and have the best pump always. Thank you for factual, informational, and well made videos

    hi i been following your videos for a while, which are great, i learned a lot and got some ideas for my work out thank you for that. Can you show a days full workout with reps and sets. for excample chest and biceps/triceps. Most ppl just shows some exercises like only arms , but they rarely shows a full workout.

      Eggs . Oats . Peanut butter with bananas or blueberries .anything with decent protein comtent and depending wether your trying to bulk or not just google it or youtube . Theres lots of ideas if you search . Just try vary it a bit so it doesnt get boring

    Just would like to ask which is better in working out. Concentrating on a certain muscle group and when you get that muscle group thats the time you change into another muscle group OR do all muscle group in a one workout?

      Ahmed Ayachi yeah I get a click every time I lower my arm to straighten and then when I start being it back up it clicks again. Not a bone click a tendon click. Do you get that or just me?

    I’ve been learning more about working out cause I need this change. I enjoy your videos , it’s a lot of information that I put to use. I work a lower body for one day and upper body another day.... 2x a week. I struggle to know how many exercises I should perform for a muscle group so that I can grow muscle. Please help !

      Hi! Im 14 years old and i weight 42kg. I have one 7kg dumbnell and i do 10 curls each hand with one 7kg dumbnell.
      i do 25 pushups and 20 situps. And then 20 squats. Will this get me big biceps and sixpack or do i need to do something more? I do this everyday btw.

      @@QDEIRI Hello, ana esme charbel kamen. Yes they will definetly help you get bigger arms. 20 situps are good and they will help you build abs, but I don't think 20 normal situps will get you all of the 6 packs. Nabbish 3a youtube vids kermel haraket m3ayyane la ybayno l 6 packs
