He's right about dropping weight during bicep curls. I was lifting 80 pounds using barbell and 40 pounds using dumbell(each dumbell) and just wasn't feeling it much in my biceps because I was struggling. I dropped ten pounds from both the barbell and dumbells and it's way more effective because I can focus on the contractions and eccentric motion way more and my form is perfect and yeah it's working starting to see real results. Over time I will slowly increase the weight as my body adjust but yeah u have to swallow your pride sometimes

Eggs . Oats . Peanut butter with bananas or blueberries .anything with decent protein comtent and depending wether your trying to bulk or not just google it or youtube . Theres lots of ideas if you search . Just try vary it a bit so it doesnt get boring

I’ve been learning more about working out cause I need this change. I enjoy your videos , it’s a lot of information that I put to use. I work a lower body for one day and upper body another day.... 2x a week. I struggle to know how many exercises I should perform for a muscle group so that I can grow muscle. Please help !
Hi! Im 14 years old and i weight 42kg. I have one 7kg dumbnell and i do 10 curls each hand with one 7kg dumbnell. i do 25 pushups and 20 situps. And then 20 squats. Will this get me big biceps and sixpack or do i need to do something more? I do this everyday btw.

Axelgust 05 it depends how many reps I can do in each set sometimes I’m only able to do 6-7 after like the 3rd set
