If you’re new I would build a good base first. Do flat barbell bench incline dumbbells. Squats deadlifts barbell rows overhead press don’t let this clo.n confuse you don’t bother with single joint exercises as a novice
@@reostat7624 Not at ALL. Decline is HORRIBLE. Flat presses train the middle and the lower chest. If you want to grow your lower chest, just be at a lower body fat percentage

This really depends on your specific goals! If you are trying to build a bigger chest I would focus on the chest first then move to triceps. Reason being, because if you start to incorporate triceps centered movements then you will fatigue them much faster and thus not be able to lift as much when it comes to chest exercises. -Adam W.

Would you do this with a once per week frequency? Does training frequency even matter?
If you are only training once a week then your frequency will not matter. I would encourage you to train more times than that though 💪.

If your gym doesn't have the pec fly machine you can always use cable machines or utilize dumbbells and hit bench flys instead.
