    Incline DB Bench Press: 4 sets of 6-8 reps. (90 seconds rest between sets)
    Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 12 reps (alternating arms)
    Incline Dumbbell Cable Fly: 4 sets of 12 reps.
    Pec Deck Fly: 4 sets of 12 reps.
    Rope Tricep Push-Down: 4 sets of 12 reps.
    Incline EZ Curl Bar Skull Crusher: 4 sets of 12 reps.
    Single-Arm Cross Body Extension: 4 constant sets of 12 reps. ** Constant sets are when you alternate sides and sets with no rest between sides or sets!

      When you're on chest day, is it okay to always add isolation on your exercise? Can i made sure not to lag?Because i am so confused about chest workout wether i add triceps or only chest for a day

      Hi there, typically you will be able to do these things in combination. Try to monitor your nutrition along with your training and these should work together 💪

    Tricep extensions has more emphasis on the lateral, it will work all three but has more on the lateral head.

    I do the same tricep work out but superset the skull crushers in between cable pull downs using the cables then the cross overs and I also finish with push backs destroys me 😂

    Amazing workout🔥, but can i ask you, which exercise is hitting lower chest? Arent there decline dumbell press needed too?

      Decline bench press works great as does chest scoops too! Both will target the lower Chest 😄💪

      @@reostat7624 Not at ALL. Decline is HORRIBLE. Flat presses train the middle and the lower chest. If you want to grow your lower chest, just be at a lower body fat percentage

    Hi Vince, this workout seems pretty effective as I am a great fan of Push, Pull & Legs twice a week. Now can we ad a shoulder workout to this routine and do it twice a week. Also, what is your take on doing 9 exercise in a session instead of 7 would it be too much?

      9 exercises per day as opposed to 7 will suit some individuals it all depends on his or her level of fitness and experience.

      If you’re new I would build a good base first. Do flat barbell bench incline dumbbells. Squats deadlifts barbell rows overhead press don’t let this clo.n confuse you don’t bother with single joint exercises as a novice

    Would you do this with a once per week frequency? Does training frequency even matter?

      If you are only training once a week then your frequency will not matter. I would encourage you to train more times than that though 💪.

    Would you mix it up switching from 1 chest exercise to a tricep. Or just concentrate on doing all the chest exercises then move onto triceps?

      This really depends on your specific goals! If you are trying to build a bigger chest I would focus on the chest first then move to triceps. Reason being, because if you start to incorporate triceps centered movements then you will fatigue them much faster and thus not be able to lift as much when it comes to chest exercises.

      If your gym doesn't have the pec fly machine you can always use cable machines or utilize dumbbells and hit bench flys instead.

      Try to focus on the correct form, take your time and perform full reps. Eat more protein as well, and make sure you are not just doing regular bicep curls each time but switching things up!

    Do you take the creatine with your pre workout ?? Before after??

      I would take creatine at around the same time each day. For pre-workout I would always take 15-30 min before working out.

    Will it be enough to train chest and triceps only once per week, can you make progress, many people say that you need to work muscle twice a week.
