    The track bag is the utility box for a track and field athlete and you need to make sure you pack it with the best workout gear to help you run faster at track practice! I always start off with bottles because hydration is essential to better performance at practice.     Hi! Love your contend❤‍🔥 Im a sprinter too and im searching for headphones i can use while running or sprinting. I wonder if the AirPods Pro are suitable for this, or if they will fall out quickly!? Last year i ran 10.45s, so i need headphones i can use for faster starts or longer sprints 😀

      Good question. Usually they drop something around world championship time so we will see in the next few weeks

    Hi aaron love youre videos brother keep up the hood work. I was just wondering if youay be able to help me woth a problem of mine, on race day in 100m i usually run around 11:7 which is cool, but at practice i run 11:2 on grass without blocks are there any tips to help transfer my training into my actual races?

      Are you timing yourself with automatic timing on the grass? Seems like you're timing yourself based on movement and with a stopwatch

      Good point ☝🏾 hand time versus full automatic is much different

      It could be that you are running relaxed and pressure free in the grass versus stressed and with competition on race day.       Stay patient, if you'll rush back to training without being fully healed you'll just fuck yourself over even more.

      Focus on the big picture. If you worry about the short term, you’ll get discouraged and lose patience which may cause you to rush back too soon. But if you understand that injury is apart of the process and take a long term approach, you’ll be motivated to rehab properly and stay committed to the process

      I use a lot of different ones: nuun, biosteel, drip drop, liquid iv, Gatorade, body armor etc. Just check the sodium count, higher the better

      I use many. Gatolytes, nuun, LMNT, body armor etc. just check sodium counts, the higher the better
