In this video we create a cute, whimsical fox with watercolor and doodling. This project was inspired by the foxes that run the ditchbank behind my house. I thought it would be fun to create a fantastical creature and share it with you. I teach you not only how to draw this little critter, but a little watercolor, a little bit about doodling in this style and other random art bits, all designed to get you creating!!! Hi again! I did find the bird... I didn’t realize that was a bird!! LOL! I Love It! That’s the first piece of yours I saw and fell in love with your style ... and the doodle Bird😃 Thank you so much for what you do, and how you do it! And I’m especially Thankful to find a water color painter that can use a color straight from the cake or tin and not have to spend lots of time mixing colors to get a color so I can say I got it from primary colors!! 😃👍 This is Awesome!
Chickens & Roosters would be great. And I would LOVE to see an Elephant cuz those are my daughters and grand daughters favorite! Thank you for the mental health uplift!!

Love the fox! I have a favorite Daniel Smith watercolor, Aussie Red Gold, that I'm going to use for my whimsical fox.
Please, would you do whimsical cats? They can have such expressive faces and poses.
I'm pleased to report I did finally put the xmas boxes away.😂😂 I just got a bunch of Daniel Smith sample colors, so I'll have to see if Aussie Red Gold is among them.😁 It sounds like a wonderful color! And I'll add cats to the list - thanks, Pam!
My granddaughter loves foxes! We used to see them here on the ranch, but as the houses moved in closer, they have moved out of the area. I will paint this for her tonight. Love the trees! TY!

Hi, I have only just found you and I absolutely love your work. I am not very good at drawing but you break it down in easier steps and for that, thank you. I love watercolours but as I follow along with you, I just do pencil sketching and shading in a sketch pad. Have a wonderful whimsical day. Blessings from England x
Hi Angela! I do these in watercolor because I'm in love with it at the moment, but I try to pick projects that you can use with other mediums too. So pencil sketching, markers, colored pencils...whatever makes you happy is perfect!!! Thanks for being here!♥️

I'm glad you're here Karen! Sometimes the hardest part of whimsical or abstract is letting our brains believe it's ok to be imperfect. Embrace that and you'll do just fine!! And hopefully this will help some healing too :)
