PLEASE look into apricot kernels. There was actually a Facebook page for them, vitamin B, 17 apricot kernels for cancer. Many many stories of people with stage 4 cancer, being completely cured!

Catherine, I've been following you for a very long time and I came up with a recipe I haven't seen yet. So easy. One pkg of cream cheese, one pkg., (small) coconut cream instant pudding, a little milk and mix together. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with 1/2 tub of cool whip. Put in fridge then enjoy. Well, I made this last night. The only thing I did different is I also added a can of Rotel tomatoes to it. It came out great. I also added a little more cheese to it. I will be making this again for sure. This is a great recipe.

I tried to cut my bell pepper like you do. I can't get the hang of it. I'm still struggling to get the core and seeds out.
I'll be cutting up another soon and I'll go slower.

Yes, it's the 3.6 quart, but no I didn't have to reduce the recipe.
I love peppers and onions salt and pepper, I don't like garlic 😕
Leave the garlic out if you don't like it.
