thanks for the up! haha I'm from Tasmania hmmmmmmmmm Would never have thought a famous person in the 80s talking to a famous person in the UK about the State where I was born! Thank you
He has ADHD, which he passed on to one of his daughters. The neurologist who examined said he also had an unusual left side of the brain I think it was. That plus the ADHD would go some way to explaining how he was able to do what he did onstage. The ADHD was also the reason he was punished so much at school, as it was unknown at the time.
There's a few sections that had to be 'trimmed' by UA-cam due to Copyright Control and then the vhs just stopped and changed to a Bernard Manning clip, which I can't remember recording. I didn't even like him! If I had the full interview I would have posted it, sorry.
The interviewer is a very famous UK interviewer, Michael Parkinson. Here are a couple more with Billy. ua-cam.com/video/iP6cv9sofwM/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/ITOzfL1nSD8/v-deo.html

Interesting to hear him say he didn’t like travelling. Later in life he said he did like it. Fascinating to actually see the change as he got older.

@@karenhowarth5552 Thanks for sharing. You could upload the full clip to dailymotion or a site similar to get round the copyright strikes.
