Did that last night, came out much better than I had hoped for. It looks like we will be eating it for some days. (Could only get half of it in the oven, only one baking tray). Thank you.
I always use oatmeal in my meatloaf. Great minds think a like. I'll have to try your topping though. Sounds amazing Thank you for such a wonderful recipe
Hmmmm. This looks soooo good. I want to try it...since we don't eat meat, I am considering subbing some ingredients for the ground meat. Maybe mushrooms? Hmmmmm. I will have to play with it a bit. Thanks for this recipe. Best wishes!

@@eatlentils Thank you so much! I love your videos and learned a lot about lentils. BTW, I will use spaghetti sauce instead of the BBQ sauce. Again, many thanks for this recipe! Kind regards.
Hi there - we do have a non-meat loaf recipe found here: www.lentils.org/recipe/lentil-veggie-loaf-cups/ It can be made into "mini loaf cups" or one large loaf depending on your preference
You lost me at oatmeal. That is a no go for us. No oats, rice, quinoa, or any other grians! They are not required for good health. They only promote poor health over time. DR. Davis speaks the truth on foods for optimal health.
We need chef micheal back on the food network
I did this recipe before. So good. So flavourful. And adding lentils was surprisingly good! Thank you for the idea.

I love lentils but I don't eat ground beef. How can I make a lentil meatloaf without the meat? Can you advise? Thanks!
Here is an option: www.lentils.org/recipe/lentil-veggie-loaf-cups/

Veggie "meat" lentil loaf is amazing. Also look up the lentil version of Shepherd's Pie. (Maybe that should be "Farmer's Pie?")
I love lentils any way.
I quit using breadcrumbs in meatloaf years ago. It holds together fine without them.
Could you use red lentils in this ? K
Bravissimo 🤝👍👍👍👍👌👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Set oven to 375 degrees? Mine only goes to 250 degrees!!
Do one on stuffed lentils.

Guess this guy has never heard of a flax "egg"
There's more than the meatloaf biteable in this video. Just saying.

Too many ingredients that are just unnecessary; typical.
