You can also make a lentil tabouleh. you just swap the burgle wheat for cooked lentils. Just cook some green lentils aldente and throw them in with cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, mint, parsley, and season with salt, lemon and olive oil...yum!
New to lentils. Just bought two bags. Can’t wait to eat and sprout them

If you have problems with lectins is not quite so simple . However you can pressure cook them , not difficult. K
That's a pity about the bacon (from the corpse of a dead pig): could I use liquid smoke or smoked tofu instead?
