This is the one I use! I like to make the bottoms golden brown which gives it nice flavor (because of the brown sugar). In addition to vanilla I add butter flavoring as well. I never bake my cookies past barely golden on the edge, I think they would be too soft to hold up to this, but it's great if you're working with a crunchy cookie.
You always have great videos with helpful tips and advice. However, the Soundtrack is Hideous. It overpowers the video and forces a Mute. No soundtrack is better than a bad one.

Yeah, if you're cookies are soft you'd have to be very careful with them or grate really lightly! Definitely a risk of breaking!
