When it comes to death in doctor who it never really disturbed me too much. im always rewatching nu who cuz autism lol.
But with this episode in particular when she looks to the side to see her friend being munched up, it got me like wow.
I think it was the fact that the seen was slow and more inportantly no screams. Like that guy is actually just fucking dead and that big slug is having at it.
They way they made the legs just slowly disappear into the monster really add to it.
I know it sounds abit brutal but if there was a noticeable crunching sound it would scare the hell out of me.
