Mine still works great! Watched numerous videos and read tons of reviews and it kept coming back to this one as the better of them all.... And mine is pretty spot on, I also get my body measured with my nutritionist and it is comparable numbers
What a fantastic, and honest review! I really liked the fact you talked about how easy the scales were to set up on your phone, the quality of the customer service and how you went through the troubleshooting steps to resolve the bugs. Fingers cross Withings has released some firmware to get rid of the bugs you found.
Thanks for the honest review Erin! I've been looking for a scale with more reliable connectivity than my Fitbit Aria, and the Withings doesn't seem to be it!
@@ErinLawrenceTV It doesn't look like the Fitbit Aria 2 is on sale in the US anymore for some reason. There is the Fitbit Aria Air, but I haven't researched the difference. Thanks for the review on the Withings Body Cardio. I had pretty much made up my mind to buy it, but your experience and review made me rethink my decision. Any chance the specific one you receive was just defective? Were you offered a replacement when all the recommended fixes didn't work? Thank you and take care.
I had the same problem when setting it up. It resolved itself. Then it wouldn’t read the other items apart from my weight. I got so frustrated but jumped into the shower. I realised that all of it started working when I come out of the shower and dried myself but somehow damp. I will monitor it to see. App very very good but a bit complex to use not like my Renpho scale and app.
Great honest reviews, lovely dog!... 👍🏻🐶 Also, do you think stepping on it after a shower / bath is potentially causing problems, with overly wet and warm feet ?... Cheers. 🇬🇧🤝🏻🇨🇦
Great review! We have had two of these scales and found that they are good at doing what they say it should do. Except, the scale stops working after one year. Way too expensive to only work for one year! We ended up buying a Weight Watchers scale at Costco.
I'm on the other end of your experience: I bought the Weight Watchers scale from Costco ($19.99 retail price, with occasional sales bringing it down to $14.99). It is not accurate whatsoever; for example, if I step on and see a weight, step off and step back on again, the weight may change anywhere between .2 to 5 pounds. I'm about to toss the Weight Watchers scale and have been looking at smart scales, including this Withings Body Cardio, Fitbit Aria Air, and Garmin Index. None of them seem to have perfect reviews, although the Withings Body Cardio seemed to have the best reviews so I had my heart set on it - included I got to Erin's video! lol. Now I'm rethinking my decision. I wonder if Erin's specific product was defective and whether it was possible for her to get a replacement.
Erin, I have to say, that price is CRAZY! For that money: 1) It better work FLAWLESSLY! 2) It should interface with ANY app that can use the information which it gathers. 3) It should be PLUG AND PLAY! No difficulty setting up. 4) It better have AMAZING tech support! And when I say AMAZING, I don't mean Microsoft tech support, whose first order of business is ALWAYS to reset your computer. Thank you for SAVING US ALL LOTS OF $$$$$$$$!!!!! You ROCK!
So many IoT products have poor software quality and poor UI when setting it up. Things don’t work consistently and trying again and again is often necessary.
Thanks Erin. I totally agree. I bought a Withings scale about five years ago and ended up returning it after hours wasted trying to get it to connect with the app. I do like the display, however, and I am really only interested in weight. So I am willing to try again, with the basic model, the Withings Body Plus. But I might first check out the Fitbit one, which you say is pretty bug-free :)
A nonsense product. Over-complicated for just a few basic features. You need arterial stiffness measurement, and this product doesn't have that important feature. No match for the iHeart. Move on folks, nothing to see - or hear - here.
At last, a proper review - thank you!
Glad it was helpful! What’s been your experience?
Thanks Erin, I had the same problems getting scale to connect to my phone, but got it done in a few minutes following your suggestions. :)

Outstanding feedback! I’m glad yours is working well for you and thanks for sharing this
I got the scale, and had no issues with setup. Had I seen this review first, I would have steered clear. I will report back if I have any issues.
Thanks for sharing your experience! Glad to hear it.
Great review. I find I am experiencing the same frustration. Seems like more trouble than its worth.
Thanks for watching!

Glad this helped. I do like my Fitbit Aria 2

Great feedback John. Interesting to see it's not just me having trouble.

Hey Erin! That’s too bad you got hard time to thing going. Also that’s bad it’s a great product. Thanks for sharing my friend! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for the real review. You still have it?
Unfortunately no. It was a loan and has gone back.

Right!? It was very frustrating.

Dear Erin, any other smart scale that you would recommend? I hope to know your suggestion. Thank you.
I really like Fitbit Aria. I've been using one for years.
Erin Lawrence thank you
Great review! Thank you for the info.
Hi Erin. Great review. One question. I assume this is the original Withings Body Cardio, not Withings Body Cardio V2?! Is that right?
Correct
@@ErinLawrenceTV Thank you.
As i already have a Fitbit Versa 3 (which does Heart Health), you think the Cardio is work it over the Body+?
I love fitbits scale the best.

Yes, you should!
Apply moisturizer to your feet? What? xD
So basically this isn't a review, it's more of an overview of the issues you had with a faulty example...
Great video, honest insight!
Great review, great product, and a great company!!!
Mine works fine 😁
Set up is impossible. Too bad. One would expect more as pricy as it is.
Great vids
Thanks!
Hi Erin, what do you think about Tesla?
I think I’d love to review one. You?
@@ErinLawrenceTV Yeah Tesla is my Favoriten Car brand
Wi-things. Wi-Fi Things.
"APPLE" is where you're going wrong.
Stop buying iPhones and Apple watches, everything works much better on Android.
Youre joking

withings customer service is garbage...i know..i called them a bvunch of times.
